From the moment I checked in, I was treated well. Every request was honored and the level of service was excellent, as has always been my experience at a Four Seasons. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many great restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

“Top Notch Accomodations and Service; Prime Location!”

We enjoyed this hotel immensely. The decor was exquisite, the staff friendly and efficient (our favorite was "Jimmy", the bellman with a great personality) the location was the best; right on the Mag Miles and across the street from American Girl, Hershey's Candy Store, Hancock Observatory, Post Office (inside Hancock), Tower Shops, Cheesecake Factory, Jamba Juice, and most importantly, the Chicago Trolley Company is right outside the hotel providing access to everything Chicago. Mike Ditka's restaurant is just around the corner. The evening that we ate there a very nice lady was dining outside. Ater we struck up a conversation with her it turned out that it was Mike Ditka's wife! Yes this hotel is great and can only be surpassed by its location, location, location!

“Wonderful Four Seasons Stay”

Excellent service, beautiful room, friendly staff all define this incredible hotel. However, it was the small details that really impressed my family and will have us coming back again next year. Details like Room Service telling me that the side of papaya which I ordered each morning was not really ripe enough on the third day and suggesting a nice melon medley. Or complimentary disposable swimsuits they provide for their lovely indoor pool for those who forget. I accidently left my 2 1/2 year old daughter's swimsuit at home and was doubtful I would find a swimsuit for her in Chicago as it was October. The hotel luckily provides very cute disposable swimsuits for all ages. The concierges are fantastic as they alerted us to the latest and best restaurants and got us reservations. Really there is nothing they could have done better. They knew my husband and I were there over our wedding anniversary and upon arrival in our room were chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne with a nice congratulations note from the hotel. We are looking forward to next year’s trip to Chicago and to our wonderful stay at the Four Season there.
