“Good choice”

My daughter, 5 year old grandson, and I stayed here during a four-day trip to visit my parents recently. The hotel staff was helpful, the continental breakfast was a nice extra, and my grandson enjoyed the pool which was a good temperature. Best of all, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. We will choose this hotel for return visits.

“Great Hotel”

Had a business meeting and stayed at the Ramada. Hotel was very nice and clean. Front Desk staff was very courteous. They went out of their way to help me out a few times. The lounge was a nice touch. The rooms were a lot more spacious than I had imagined. Breakfast was very enjoyable the next day. Definitely had a great experience.

I have nothing bad to say about the Ramada Hotel. I've stayed here in the past, and never had any negative things to say about it. The lobby was clean, the staff was quite nice, and my room was clean. I never really stayed at the hotel except to sleep so it fit it's purpose and was close to all my loved ones, which made it quite convenient for them to come and visit with me. I would stay here again :]

Newly decorated; conveniently located off the highway; not far from O'Hare Airport; excellent complimentary breakfast; pool and exercise room on lobby floor; staff very friendly and helpful.

“Right in the middle”

Unfortunately we had a smoking room and it deffinately smelled like a smoking room. The only complaints we had were: Our toilet got backed up and never got fixed correctly, it worked but not well. Also the pool is VERY small and right next to the lobby with full windows to the lobby. For the price we were satisfied and would go back but would make sure not to get a smoking room.

“Nice Hotel”

Was a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, easy check in, free breakfast, quiet, good free internet. The only issue was the room was very cold when first walked in.

The hotel was decent. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is not the newest of hotels. You get what you pay for, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

“safe port in a storm”

A severe snowstorm hit Chicago, so rather than suffer a long commute home,(as well as a 30 mile commute back in the morning), I had my wife search for a hotel close to work. Thanks to Expedia, she came up with a reasonably priced stay at this place. As I pulled in, off a busy highway..I first noticed a steep incline down into the lot. My fear was not being able to pull out of here in the AM, The young lady at the desk was fast and friendly, the only problem, was my card key wouldn't unlock my roomdoor. After 2 trips back to the desk, I got a new room, with a new cardkey, it worked fine.The room was clean, nicely furnished, It had the basic needs, The only detriment was above the shower wall. peeled wallpaper, and some mold. Not anything real bad, bot noticable. Check out was a breeze. And the lot had been plowed all night long, It was in great shape. I made it out of the lot with no problems.
