“Will probably go back”

This hotel is fairly close to Rosemont station and makes travel into the city much easier. The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The breakfast was quite impressive. We will return for our weekend trips.

“Perfect hotel for my needs”

Loved the hotel - it was close to the airport and to relatives nearby. The morning breakfast buffet was a definite plus! I am always pleased with Hampton Inns.

“Good Experience with Hampton”

Came down to O'hare for 2 nights to attend convention and stayed here. Good location from the Airport and Stephens Convention Center. The free shuttle at the airport that comes by every half hour stops at Hampton, just make sure you ask the driver to stop at Hampton since the shuttle is not operated by the hotel. The shuttle to the convention center is operated by the hotel and when there is big event in the convention make sure you book your shuttle time at the reception. The real charm for me is the bed, very comfortable and clean. Overall the room is neat and clean. I stayed on the fifth floor with my room adjacent to the elevator and the noise is very minimal. Some reviewers mentioned the plane noise from the airport but I heard none during my stay. It may be because of the comfortable pillow and bed with choice of firm or soft pillow! Complimentary breakfast is standard continental style breakfast, nothing spectacular but it does the job. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and informative when asked about surrounding areas and travel tips. Gym is complimentary, very small, but clean and has all you need. Overall a good stay and would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay if you are looking for hotel close to airport and convention center.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle service was great and the drivers were always talkative and friendly. I used it to pick someone up at the airport and to get into downtown. The room was beautiful. It was a bit noisy at night with outside car and plane traffic.

The best airport hotel we stayed during our six week vist to USA. free 24 hour percolated coffee, popcorn, and internet in the lobby. free breakfast. free airport shuttle every 5 mins as they use the Thrifty car rental next door; same free shuttle takes you to the airport CTA (local metro) to centre of Chicago. We were going to Union Station for Amtrak trip, so just walked 2 blocks from the metro station. Fabulous bed, 2 comfy chairs and table to write postcards on. Front desk staff the best.... they sell day pass on the CTA train & bus network, stamps, stored our luggage for 2days for free, whilst we did our Amtrak tour.

“My trip to Hawai'i”

We were on our way to Hawai'i this Hotel was very convient to the parking garage and airport. Very quite and peaceful with friendly accomodating staff members.

“Chicago's Best Hampton Inn Near O'Hare”

The room was clean, recently refurbished, and well appointed. The bed was freshly made, towels and bathroom clean and fresh. The breakfast included rice and Middle Eastern condiments. The parking lot was recently reasphalted, and the building and landscaping looked clean and well kept.
