Hotel and staff was great - for rooms facing Michigan Avenue consider sound proofing the windows - the cars are so loud and could hear it all night ! But service and stay over all was great

Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff and my room was incredibly clean and so beautiful (how do they keep white carpets so white)? It was a weekend with old friends, the hotel easily accommodated adjoining rooms - which are surprisingly hard to arrange at many nice hotels. And seriously, the carpet was so nice and clean (and new?) that we laid around in the floor and talked - when do you ever do that at a hotel? Only complaint was one elevator was kinda glitchy.

Te staff is Super Friendly, nice location. The only thing ( and I read it in the reviews) is that the air conditioner during winter/ cold do not work, so is a little hot.

Very clean stylish and professional place. A very classy experience. The AC/Heat situation was lacking a bit but it's to be expected in these old buildings so I don't hold it against them.

Great property. The only improvement i would suggest is that they separate the rooms with pets from those without. No one likes to be awakened at 7:30 am on a Sunday by a yapping dog.
