Great location near O'Hare

Pros: Great location, very convenient to airport.
Cons: Hallway and restaurant noises a bit loud.
Comfortable, clean and convenient location make the Hilton an excellent choice for travelers flying to/from O'Hare. Food and service was good though restaurant and bar a bit noisy. Hallway noise also a bit of an issue so recommend packing earplugs for a quiet stay.

The hotel is very nice but I can't say the same about the staff. The worker in the valet parking had the worse attitude because he didn't know how to explain why I was getting charge so much for parking for just a few hours. Their posted rates shows every hour in valet parking is $10 and anything more than 5 hours to all day is $61 for that day. I was only in valet parking for exactly 3 hours and 26 minutes and I got charge the all day rate but could not park back in valet when I return to the hotel from dinner. One of the hotel managers and front desk staff stated the valet parking rates recently change and after 3 hours it's automatically $61 instead of 5 hours. After I stated the valet parking rates posted outside does not show the new rates I received a simple "I'm sorry" and a swipe to my debit card.

Awesome and quiet

Pros: I worked at O'Hare back in the early 70s and used to come over for lunch with my BFF. Very fond memories!
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
Location: The location is awesome and the train is a breeze - one of the best things in Chicago is the transportation.
I was only at the hotel 10 hours but when I finally collapsed into that amazing king size bed with fabulous sheets it was worth it.. It is right across from the terminal and quiet...plus I got to watch the amazing planes. Wish the weather had been bad but that is up to Mother Nature and not Hilton.

Overall it was great. As I got up so early, looking forward to preparing a cup of coffee in room. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out, and never produced the coffee I wanted, But the whole stay was fine. C. Waite Maclin

Pros: 空港すぐわきの立地。空港に着いたらすぐチェックインできて便利。 市内へも電車で40分ぐらいで、大きな不便は感じなかった。

シカゴのオヘア空港直結のホテルで、バスターミナルや地下鉄駅までは徒歩1-2分の範囲です。 どのターミナルからも徒歩+ターミナル間電車でアクセスできますし、ホテルの案内も空港内に出ていて迷うことはなかったです。 部屋は普通の広さですがベッドの寝心地もよく、空港脇ですが飛行機の離着陸の音も気になりませんでした。 スタッフもレストランも感じよく、これでインターネットが無料で部屋で使えれば言うことなしでした。 インターネットは15.95ドル+taxなので、結構高いです。 ロビーは無料だったので、ロビー脇の椅子に座って必要な情報だけを取っていました。

空港利用には便利だが、古い。シャワーの出が悪い。洗面所にコップがないので、ミニバーから持ってくる必要がある。朝食のバッフェもあまり種類がなく、美味しくない。でも繰り返しますが、早朝深夜のフライトであれば、その利便性はこういった欠点を補って余りあると言えます。

Great location but a little complacent

Location: Walk to the terminal of O'Hare in 2 minutes. Very nice!
You sure cannot compete with the location if you are flying in and out of O'hare. However, the hotel just doesn't try as hard as other hotels. The food I picked at the hotel up was literally spoiled - I couldn't eat it and I didn't have time to return it. They charge for wi-fi in the rooms. Who does that anymore? Nice weight room but they charge $20 for it. Checking in took a really long time because they had so few people working the front desk. Bottom line is that it has great promise, but they need to up their game.
