Great location!! The golf course gives you a quiet beautiful atmosphere while having so many shops and restaurants 5-10 minutes away. Rooms were really nice. Very clean and nice lobby

The property is quiet but rooms are a bit dated and there isn't much around in the way of food or shopping so you need a drive a bit to get to those services.

Riley was very accommodating at check-in and allowed us to check in a little early which was great considering it was a 1 night getaway. Overall the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I would recommend the spa as well where we had massages that continued the relaxing experience!

This is a great spot. I discovered Downers Grove, which is 5 minutes away. It has tons of food and drink options. Super convenient location.

Power outage
A power outage forced me to choose a hotel for the evening. The price was competitive and the reservation process when well. The staff and surroundings took the edge out of being not being able to stay at my home.

Not what it used to be....
Our first stay (same suite type) was in 2019 as we hosted a small kid's bday party and things were fine. I can't speak to what has transpired at the property since then (well, COVID!). The room rate then was approx. $190.00(??) and approx. $378.00 for our 12/27/23 visit. The room rates are shared only for context, not as part of our dissatisfaction, per se'. Here was our experience: The location is awesome, the grounds are maintained and the property, as a whole, is charming. Unfortunately, we rated our room experience as a "2" out of 5. Room #401 is a 1BR 1 1/2 BA suite w/ a terrace overlooking the golf course. It's the closest room to the bank of elevators is not near the ice machine. There's a noise issue that will disturb any light sleeper (me!) and I overheard a mom shush her child to be quiet while in the common area. I *heard* her say SHUSH... You hear all noise emanating from the hallway. I'd forgotten about this from our previous stay. The Room ~ to our dismay, the DR table was removed. ~ We wanted to have a light dinner (carry out yummies) but there wasn't a microwave so we couldn't reheat (one is on the 1st flr.). We were told they're a fire hazard. The space wasn't as clean as anticipated either. I'm a Hilton Honors member and expect more from the brand. I've never experienced such poor conditions at a Hilton property. I typically don't complain, but I made a point to stay at a Hilton property after Christmas before traveling out of the country. DISSAPOINTED.

We were able to receive an early check in and the noon check out is helpful. The pool was warm, some p aint peeling off the bottom of the pool and one light was broken and hanging in the water.

Second time staying at this hotel this year & both times the rooms were very clean, nice & roomy. Staff is very helpful if anything is needed & so an overall great experience both times. This is now our go-to hotel when in the Chicagoland area.

The room was not comfortable. We had a horrible nights sleep. The pillows were awful, you could hear every noise in the hallway. For the price they charge I was not impressed at all with the hotel.

Everything about the facility and staff were top tier. Golf course view during fall color was excellent. Close proximity to fine dining and shopping. Wasn't a big fan of the drone hovering outside my 5th floor window.Reported it to staff. Hope some honeymooner stay didn't turn into an unintended porn movie.
