The breakfast room service pastry horrible I hate window heat/cold . I rather have central heating. Restaurant not staffed sufficiently to hand the orders from people attending conference .

Pros: The restaurant was excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
Cons: Improving the air quality of the rooms would make a significant difference.
Location: It is close to Midway airport
This is one of the best options in the area however it is an older hotel and therefore I believe this causes the rooms to have a stall musty odor.

Heater in the room did not work, blew cold air only, even when turned up to high heat. Temperatures at night were in the low 30's, so the room was ice cold. Big dark stain right in the middle of the room on the light carpet. The TV remote did not work properly, was quite old, major pain to change the channels and the high definition channels did not work at all. The picture had snow in the background. Went to the fitness center, three treadmills but only one working. Elevators were very slow even though the hotel seemed pretty empty mid-week. Avoid at all costs. Place is tired liooking and in major need of a remodel.

Pros: Convenience to my destination.
Cons: Give me what I was confirmed.
Location: Visiting family so can't help.
I ordered a smoking room and a non smoking room. They did not have my smoking room. They did nothing to accommodate me. Just said sorry, we don't have it.

My stay was ok i was very disappointed when my key card wasnt working and u got locked out at 5am and the front desk employee didnt wanna let me in because i didn't have my id like who has id at 5am on top of that my room was charged double i will never stay there again first impression is everything and they failed

Nice and close to the airport for early flights

Location: It's Chicago....
We checked in later and had excellent service. Next morning when the shuttle to the airport was full, they got us a cab. Nice people! Great stay. Thanks
