“Great Location, Reasonable Rates, Excellent Service”

Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. One of Chicago's best and one of the few places I consider staying at when in town.

“Excellent combination of location-price-comfort.”

I was visiting Chicago with my daughter for the first time - it was my vacation. We were not very lucky with the weather, but I was very glad with my hotel choice - just randomly. The location of the hotel, combined with the inside comfort (room accommodations, business room with Internet access) made it definitely great for the price.

“Wonderful Stay”

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. They were very accomodating. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was with in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommed this hotel.

“Quick Trip”

Stayed 2 nights. Loved the convenience of being steps from the Red Line. The staff (especially Kevin) were extremely helpful. Beds were oh-so-comfy. Didn't notice any noise from adjoining rooms. The view was great, especially at night. Will stay here again on my next trip.

“Superb location in downtown Chicago! Great Room”

Let me first say that this hotel was in a superb location. Just a few blocks from Michigan ave and tons of great restaurants. Its a good walk to the navy pier, we walked it once then took the trollley that picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel!! This hotel is attached to webers grill and this restaurant has THE BEST BBQ I have ever had! The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. It was clean, but there was a stain on the bathroom toliet. Other than that, it appeared very clean. There are fridges and microwaves in the rooms which is a plus for all the leftovers we had. The price seemed to be in the same range as the other hotels, maybe a little bit of a better value to the other hotels. Parking is expensive $44 for valet but the location is favorable for NOT moving your car. I will stay at this hotel again!

“Excellent location to downtown and rail system.”

Excellent location downtown for public transportation. Even walking to go site seeing was not bad. If we were to go again, would go during warmer months.

The hotel staff was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance. The subway entrance was right in front of the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and the restaurant and bar were top notch. The only complaint that I had was the room was not ready when we arrived. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chicago.

“Great location for a great price!”

My husband & I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We could walk anywhere, Magnificent Mile, Rush Street, Millenium Park. Our room was very comfortable & the staff was friendly. I'd love to stay there again.

“Great Hotel”

We were extremely satisfied with the location of the hotel and the low rate we had to pay considering such a busy area. Also the rooms met all our requirements and felt comfortable. In the future, we will make sure to stay in a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel again.
