Nice hotel close to the "L".

Pros: Everything except the shower.
Cons: I booked an accessible room by mistake. Did not like the design of the shower. Water ran all over the bathroom floor each time we used it.
Location: Several restaurants in the area. What sold us was it being near the elevated train into Chicago Loop.
Very good experience staying in a Hilton for the first time.

Pretty Good.

Clean hotel but a bit away from the city. The rooms are nice. They have a hotel shuttle running every 20 minutes. They serve a decent buffet + make-to-order breakfast for $13.00 and the restaurant is good enough too.

Hotel was nice... I just did not know if you use Expedia, you do not get your hotel points.

Great choice for a quick stay

Close to food. Hotel has restaurant and room service. Rooms were fairly new and clean. Beds have firm/soft adjustment. Bathtub was nice.

Great location and staff

Excellent access to Midway airport, great facilities and wonderful staff. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise that exceeds the typical cereal, bagels and juice. Clean, quiet and great service. Top if my list for future travel.

Great food at restaurant, clean hotel

Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Very helpful staff at registration. The restaurant food was very good. The wait staff seemed a bit overburdened. Like they needed another person helping with the dinner shift. Other than that, great experience in Chicago.
