Hotel was nice... I just did not know if you use Expedia, you do not get your hotel points.

Great choice for a quick stay

Close to food. Hotel has restaurant and room service. Rooms were fairly new and clean. Beds have firm/soft adjustment. Bathtub was nice.

Great location and staff

Excellent access to Midway airport, great facilities and wonderful staff. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise that exceeds the typical cereal, bagels and juice. Clean, quiet and great service. Top if my list for future travel.

BEWARE!!! Double Charged!!!

I booked a hotel room for my friends who were coming to town for my wedding. Their flight was delayed and they didn't get in until the day of the wedding rather than the day before. When they got to the hotel to check in, the staff said there was no reservation under their name or mine. So they booked a new room. I checked my credit card and they charged me for 2 nights and charged my friends for their night too. Now I'm trying to get reimbursed. PIA. I don't need this the day after my wedding.

Very good stay. Had a party for NYE. Hotel staff and guest were understanding. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking.

Hotel was good, breakfast and service was good. We want to particularly commend Marlisha Wims at the front desk, who did a lot of extra work on our behalf that really helped us, including getting our internet to work, helping us with boarding passes, etc.
