I had to stay in Chicago due to a 4 hour delay in Charlotte, which resulted in missing my connecting flight that day. Upon checking in with my 9 week old puppy ( which was clearly visible), I was not informed that there would be an additional 75.00 charge for her. They just charged my credit card without informing me.
Deceiving? Not for coming? Unprofessional? All of the above. Customers should have been informed of this at check in. I stayed at a Sheridan hotel in Charlotte the night before and had no additional charges.
I may add that I was very careful that she didn’t soil or destroy anything in the room. Thanks Hilton, I’ll be
staying anywhere except with you on future trips.
