I had to stay in Chicago due to a 4 hour delay in Charlotte, which resulted in missing my connecting flight that day. Upon checking in with my 9 week old puppy ( which was clearly visible), I was not informed that there would be an additional 75.00 charge for her. They just charged my credit card without informing me. Deceiving? Not for coming? Unprofessional? All of the above. Customers should have been informed of this at check in. I stayed at a Sheridan hotel in Charlotte the night before and had no additional charges. I may add that I was very careful that she didn’t soil or destroy anything in the room. Thanks Hilton, I’ll be staying anywhere except with you on future trips.

The desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean. We ate at the restaurant inside the hotel - the food was fine and the service was good. There was really nothing else around, so no opportunities for other food or picking up incidentals, since we had no car. The hotel shuttle was prompt and was available 24 hours, which was good because we had to be at the airport very early the next morning.

The staff are very attentive and have wonderful customer service. They made you feel at home. I had a great weekend with my husband and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. It was close to the casino so we had some fun there as well and didnt have to drive far. The hotel is very well kept and clean! I would reccomend staying here!

Check in wasn't very communicative and acted rushed. I asked her if there was an upgrade available for a one bedroom suite. She said you're in a one bedroom. I had booked some time ago and couldn't remember. Nope. Just a regular hotel room. It seems to me that being desk personnel should know the difference. Maybe this hotel doesn't have suites. I don't know. Because she doesn't know. Outside of that we had a great time. Pool area a little dirty but that could have just been because the people were slobs that day and they hadn't gotten to clean it yet. Fake eyelashes and band aids laying around. Yuck!

The property was good. Stayed there several times but this particular time I had to notify staff about kids running up and down the stairs at night making too much noise and and playing in the hallways.

Great 1 Night Stay
Stayed 1 night dropping my daughter back to college. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was great as well as the service. Everything seems recently updated and the price was good campared to other options. I would definitely stay here again.

We made the decision to start charging for parking 9 years ago when it became clear that people flying out of O'Hare were avoiding parking fees at O'Hare and parking here. Our parking cost is 15+ less than some of the hotels in our area. We do offer discounted parking when you booking our rates that include parking in the rate. Thank you again for staying with us.

We stayed with the family on New Years Eve! The staff was,very friendly. The rooms and the pool were very clean! Itt is near a lot of restaurants but the restaurant and bar was nice and not expensive so we stayed in and ate there . It is also walking distance to the casino. The family and I would definitely stay there again!

I would have liked a continental breakfast option, the cost was a little too high for the area, especially when you're competing against delivery. Also, the charge for parking in an area where it is not downtown? There was no lack of packing necessitating a parking fee.

Thank you for staying with us. The cost of our continental breakfast option is 10 plus tax. We do offer a full buffet option for 17 and have several a la carte options that area available as well. We made the decision to charge for parking 9 years ago when it became clear that our parking lot was being filled with people that were avoiding the parking fees at O'Hare and parking for free at our hotel, which left no parking for our guests. We strive to have one of the lowest rates in the market, and there are hotels in our area that charge 15 more than we do. We do offer a discount rate that includes parking and an overnight stay.
