“I loved this Hotel!”

Staff at front desk extremely helpful to first time Chicago travelers. They offer free shuttle to casino, train station, airport etc. Rooms are exceptionally clean and very updated. Great location next to Rivers casino. Just outside of the hectic traffic of the city. It took us about 40 minutes to get into down town chicago from the train. The pool is clean. The lobby is beautiful. I really have nothing bad to say at all about this hotel. Loved our stay here!

Area recommendations

Des Plaines has a lot to offer restaurant wise as well as recreation. Mostly we stayed here because we wanted to be close to the city but not pay extreme price for a hotel down town.

not knowing the surrounding chicago area, I was taking a chance with a hotel so reasonable in price, but I was more than pleasantly surprised with the class of this hotel. I will definately be back. I have nothing negative to say!

“Good Service - low quality food, chefs need training”

ok so the place is really nice and clean ! but the food is nowhere close to what hilton standard should be. How can you get a burger wrong?? if you can not make a burger then you shouldn't be cooking. I ordered a burger for my dinner- after spending 10 days in europe I got back to US and first thing I was looking for a juicy burger. the food came looking appetizing- however the burger patty smelled and had an after taste - I called my waiter and complained. she gave me a free desert that i took to the room left the burger in the plate. went back to my room very unsatisfied.. now there is no shop/fastfood nearby in reach without a car.. so Iam not happy

“Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in!”

We stay in a lot of hotels yearly, and this by far is the nicest, cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Very impressed, will definitely go back next year!

“Chic Hotel”

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the room design is very clean, open and chic. I was just surprised that we did not have the convenience of checking out from our room as it was not available i.e. TV check out. There was only one trash can which is in the bathroom and none by the office desk. We had our kids with us during this travel and I noticed that there was no cartoon chanel on TV. This is realy helpful when you are travelling with kids

“Great Service & Hospitality, Super Hotel Shuttle!!”

As I had 2 days left in the US on which I wanted to visit Chicago I opted for this hotel. They're close to O'Hare Airport(ca. 10 minutes) and have a 24/7 shuttle service driving every 30 minutes. What is super-great is that the shuttle also drops you off at the blue-line (ca. 40 minutes into Chicago Down-Town) and picks you up after arrival back from down-town after giving them a call. Loved the breakfast. Only problem was that there was unavailability of wireless internet for half of the Saturday during my stay. In my view the (outside) service arranging this could have revolved this issue quicker. I would recommend this hotel for anybody flying in and out O'Hare and wanting to visit Chicago down-town for 1 or 2 days. My compliments for the hotel staff who is super service minded!
