Staff was awesome! The staff that checked us in was there the next morning. One staff member was going to work another shift to make sure the guests had what we needed. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Will absolutely stay here again the next time in North Chicago. Easy to get to downtown via metra and nice and quiet.

We stayed here for 3 nights when my son graduated from RTC. The location is perfect, not too close to the base but far enough to be away from all the local traffic...easy access to the tollway. the amenities are awesome...indoor pool/jacuzzi, gym, onsite laundry room...in room refrigerators, microwave,etc. There is a full service bar/restarant in the lobby, and a breakfast bar. It is not free, but it is reasonable. if you want to save a few bucks, there is a costco right across the road from it. The staff was awesome...the hotel was awesome...a great value with expedia. If we ever go back, we will stay there...

“Suited our purpose”

We stayed at this hotel when we attended our daughter's graduation from Naval boot camp. It had all the things that fit our needs except I wish they had a free breakfast of some type in the mornings. The pool and hot tub were nice as was the rooms with the coffee and internet. It was a good location between the base and the airport she flew out of the next day.

This was my first time in Chicago and I was traveling alone. When I checked in the ladies at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I even got help getting my bags to my room from one of the cleaning ladies. If the hotel itself didn't impress me, the service surely did. And the hotel did impress me for real.

cheap hotel for how beautiful it was, kind of small pool but overall pretty awesome for the money!
