Love the cleaniness with the area. Doug one of the staff members amazing to talk to, also cleaning staff would love to give them a great and awesome experience as well. This stay is one of best but my favorite experience I had with hotel. Thank you for the best.

Hilton Garden Inn in Schamburg never disappoints, it is our favorite hotel to stay when we visit Woodfield Mall. We have stayed here a couple of times and always enjoy it!

Not a happy customer
Even though i had a reservation i was sent to dofferent hotel the first night. So that made my trip a little rushed as all my work meetings were at this hotel. Also packing and unpacking two nights in a row. Also no free breakfast.

Now I like the end it was very clean the people were nice but I supposed to get breakfast with my reservation and when I went to go get breakfast they said I didn't have breakfast with my reservation and when I checked in they said I did have breakfast with my reservation but I didn't get the chance to eat breakfast so I don't know how their food were I went out majority the time I was there but it was a nice hotel average

My overall stay was good, When a leak was discovered in my room they were very accommodating and moved us to another room. They apologized for our inconvience.

Friday Night Escape
I enjoyed a good dinner Friday night at the hotel. I made coffee with the Keurig machine in the morning and went downstairs to have a nice breakfast. It was a superb stay.

Good place overall, but the bed was a brick.
The bed was hard as a rock and hurt my back, which sucks because I have another visit in a week that I already booked.

Property is very clean but it’s so far from Chicago took me almost more then hour and half to reach downtown in subway. Staff are very friendly but room service are very poor, no exhaust fan in washroom.

Tremendous staff!
Staff was so friendly! Very accommodating. We were staying in a group of families for a softball tournament and they went above & beyond to accommodate us. I would definitely stay again! Every staff member I encountered provided superb customer service.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have been remodeling the last 2 times I have been there but it hasn't caused any inconvenience. I will always choose this hotel on my trips through Schaumburg.

Just ok. Fairly clean. They were doing lots of construction when we arrived. Front desk recommended us to enter from back, but entrance was inaccessible and had to return and carry bags over/around lots of broken sidewalks and construction. Gym was pretty nice. Construction workers and other workers woke everyone up at 5-6am. Still an ok stay. Breakfast was not included in stay.

Bring your swimsuit.
My stay was wonderful with one exception. Apparently housekeeping is by request only. If you stay more than one day, you have to ask to have them refresh the coffee and empty the waste baskets.

The staff was the best. The hotel was upgrading but, it was not terrible or noisy. I loved the walk in shower and the room was comfortable. The location was great.Would definitely stay here again.
