Clean & tidy

The hotel was nice and clean, room was clean too. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Pool was only four feet but hot tub made up for the lack there of. Didn't have breakfast as it wasn't complimentary, and the parking lot was packed. Overall I give it a 3.7 out of 5.0 only because bed was hard and breakfast wasn't complimentary and parking lot was packed.

Great place to stay in Schaumburg

Pros: Cleanliness, convenience to area attractions, ample parking, friendly staff
Cons: Rooms can be noisy, breakfast is just average
Location: Very close to Woodfield Mall and many restaurants, not far from highway
We visit Schaumburg regularly and have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is some noise from other rooms, which it appears they are aware of because they put earplugs on the nightstand. They recently changed the mattresses and you can now adjust the firmness. They are quite comfortable. The pool area is small and often crowed, but very clean. We have never eaten dinner in the restaurant, choosing to take advantage of all the other choices Schaumburg has to offer. We did try breakfast once and were not very impressed. You can get much better food at Wildberry Café for a similar price. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Valetine's Day Stay

Pros: Checkout was at noon
Location: There were many restaurants and stores. We visited Lego Land for the kids
I would give the hotel a 3. We had no heat and when it finally kicked on it was cool air and the thermostat was set at 90. We called the front desk and they said all the rooms do that and after awhile the heat would turn on. It was late so we went to bed and woke up to cool air. The beds were clean, but the room had a hospital feel especially the bathroom. Also, you have to pay for wifi. I have never paid for wifi at a hotel. We were also disappointed in the pool. Don't let the picture fool you, we had our children with us and booked it because the pool looked nice in the pictures. It was tiny, had no towels available and the water was very salty and it was not a salt water pool. Overall, it wasn't my best getaway and I don't think I will be booking at a Hilton again.

Nice stay

The stay was very nice. My husband and I wanted a little getaway. So the stay was good. Just have a problem with the channel on the TV. But over all very nice

Value near Woodfield Mall

Pros: Proximity to highway and shopping.
Cons: Carpeting in the common areas was clean, but who selected the design...?
Location: Woodfield Mall and an assortment of big box retailers. This HGI sits in a business park, but is still easy to spot and access.
Easy to find location in a mixed-use locale near shopping and entertainment. Not more than 3-mins from the 90/290 interchange. No in-room surprises or disappointments. Reasonably quiet after hours.

Close to shopping

Very nice hotel with comfortable room. Enjoyed hot tub but pool was a little cold. Great breakfast with lots of choices at a good value.

Our daughter lives nearby and we like the overall well-run atmosphere of the Hilton. Clean and quiet despite the proximity to Woodfield.
