We had a great time at the Hilton in Naperville/ Lisle. The hotel was upscale and clean.

Cons: Free wify
The only thing that was not good, was lack of free wify for guest. Was not able to work while at the hotel, while on business.

I was not impressed with my stay at this hotel. The staff was less than friendly and they charged me for a room that I did not use after being told multiple times by a hotel.com rep and the lady at the front desk that check me in that the reservation was cancelled. I will choose diffently the next time I am in the Chicago area.

The air conditioner wouldn't kick on and only stayed on heat so it was a restless sleep

Location: Restaurant on site is excellent.
Perfect overnight getaway. We stayed here after a day touring the Field Museum and Shedd's Aquarium. A very nice place!

This property needs a serious refresher! Service was great (front desk, shuttle service and bar/restaurant) but the decor isn't up to par with other major brands. I was also fortunate to be given a room on the club floor and everything worked, but many not so fortunate colleagues who were not on that floor complained about the heating unit not working well and other issues with their rooms.
