“Great Room Service / Free Shuttle to OHare”

The room was spacious and equipped with modern furniture and amenities. We ordered room service and the food was surprisingly good! Also, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the O'Hare Airport that leaves every half hour in the morning. This is extremely convenient - it took about 10 minutes to get over to the airport from the hotel. Definitely eliminated a lot of the stress that comes with traveling.

Fantastic location adjacent to O'Hare. Rooms are roomy and spacious. My only criticism is that the bathrooms have a residential tub and shower combo. Hotel staff were exceptional in all ways. I highly recommend.

We do not travel into Chicago often and got this room on the blind, based on reviews online. It was outstanding! Best bed ever. So comfortable! The rooms are modern, great furniture, fabulous big floor to ceiling window. Seriously we loved every little thing. Bathrooms nice. So clean. Nice personnel. Just a great place to stay.

“I would not stay anywhere else!”

Hilton Rosemont O'Hare has been recently renovated and is better than ever. The location is perfect and the rooms and other amenities are just right. This is a very convienent and comforable hotel.

“Less expensive and convenient”

The Rosemont is located a 10 min shuttle ride from O'Hare Airport and a 15 min walk to the Rosemont station on Chicago Transit's Blue Line; however the hotel will drive you to the station if you request. It's about a 30 min ride on the Blue Line to the Loop downtown. One, three and seven day passes can be purchased which entitle you to unlimited use of all trains and buses. They have a great breakfast buffet at the hotel which was included in our room charge from Expedia, probably because Expedia's charge is non-refundable. We got a handicapped accessible room which was fine, except it only had a shower - no bathtub.

“If I went back to Chicago, this is where I would stay again”

While the hotel, as a building is very luxurious, what draws your attention the most is its employees. They always have a smile on their face and they are there to help you! I loved them! And the food is exquisite too!

Thought that it was a great place to stay..great price and great service! customer service people were very friendly and helpful...only drawback was parking fee was kinda steep..all in all graet place for the value!
