Bedsheets Dirty

The halls smelled of cigarette smoke. One out of the two queen beds had dirty sheets. It was clear someone had slept in the bed closest to the door and instead of changing the sheets, housekeeping simply remade it (wrinkled by body marks & hair on the sheets).

Pros: uncrowded and off the beaten path yet conveniently located to client
Location: not a lot to offer in immediate vicinity.
This was my second stay at this hotel. Not crowded either time. very quiet and relaxing. good breakfast. attentive hotel and restaurant staff.

No small refrigerator nor micro wave in the room. No offering of free breakfast, while most 2-star hotels have all. Don't look like a 3-star hotel. Lots of the 2 and 2.5 star hotels do much better. Disappointing overall.

Very quiet and clean

Pros: The pool was large and empty
Cons: Free breakfeast
Location: Large hobby shop next door. About 10 Minutes away from Woodfield Mall.
The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet. The room wasn't anything special but it was perfect. Clean room, Soft bed and a clean bathroom. The whole hotel is clean and modern looking, I enjoyed the game room, which you don't see too often. The best part of the stay was the very large pool and hot tub.

Close to LEGOLAND

If you like peace and quiet please make sure you request an exterior room. The interior rooms are near lobby and swimming and game room. Everything echoes really bad and we got no sleep. Management took care of it. We had to move to an outside room the second night...super peaceful!! Otherwise the hotel is a 5 star in my eyes!

I was in town for a business trip and the hotel I usually stay at was booked. This hotel and nice and clean and I had a good stay.

Happy Landing for Pilot

I attended an Aviation Expo on Saturday Jan 31st at the hotel. Arrived Friday evening from my home in Wisconsin, a 3 hour drive. Relaxing and a comfortable room is what I needed and that's what I got. Very good cable TV, comfortable bed, good heating system and a clean room. Restaurant, bar and fitness room served us well. I wish I'd time to use the pool, as it looked good with a hot tub,too. There will be another Aviation seminar there on Feb.15th and I will stay there again, hopefully I'll have time for the pool.

Service hors pair: J'ai dû changer de chambre en cours de séjour sans problème de la part du personnel. L'hôtel mériterait une remise à jour. Les chambres sont très propres et le lit confortable. Le quartier est sécuritaire même s'il n'y a pas grand chose à faire sauf par affaires.

New Years Getaway

Cons: Refrigerator in the room and towels in the pool area.
We loved the open gathering area outside the first floor rooms. It was perfect for our large group that was scattered all over the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was more than helpful. The staff in the restaurant was great but the food was nothing more than a bit of an upgraded continental breakfast. If the food wasn't included with the Expedia package I wouldn't have paid extra for it.
