Todo muy bien, solo que había reparación en el lobby y era incómodo entrar al hotel , al desayunar igua. Pero supongo es temporal aunque hubiera Sido bueno saberlo antes de reservar . Todo el personal muy bien, la sra del desayuno muy amable. Desayuno muy completo.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero el desayuno es muy básico y no de muy buena calidad, no hay ni máquina para hacer hotcakes, la crema para café la rebajan con agua, con eso digo todo.

El problema es sólo la distancia entre el hotel al centro de Chicago que al pagar el servicio de taxi o de Uber, el costo se incrementa significativamente, por lo cual se termina erogando lo de estancia en un hotel en las cercanías del centro de Chicago, pero sin tener que perder tiempo en traslados.

El hotel esta en una bonita zona con restaurantes cercanos y centros comerciales con coche a unos 15 min de chicago estuvimos muy agusto.

Traveling with a school group and management gave away several.rooms that were reaerved causing us to split the group, chaperones and ultimately causing additional bus time needed. They corrected fornsecind night Was there at 5pm and rooms wer still there gave away a couple of.hours later and kids had to be bused at 1230 in morning somewhere else

I wish they specified that there was construction on the property. It was a pretty big surprise when we got in. The AC was soooo loud. When we turned it off, the room got super hot. And then when we turned the AC on, it was cooler but hard to sleep cuz it’s so loud. And the AC would turn on and off itself throughout the night, so if we ended up falling asleep while it was quiet, we’d wake up again when it turned on. Vicious cycle.

Wait until they finish remodeling!
We arrived to discover that the hotel is finishing up a renovation cycle — the rooms are mostly done, but missing an easy chair; the lobby has noisy construction all day; and the parking lot is being resurfaced. The end result will be worth it, I’m sure. But the goody bag with a few pieces of candy did not make up for the inconvenience!

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Downs Grove
The hotel was being remodeled so not in 100% clean condition in the halls and common areas. Very good breakfast for the cost of the stay. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was friendly during check in and check out. I would stay here again.

This place was dirty. There was even a bandaid over the peep hole. The fire alarm was duct taped on. Very run down. The only positive was they had a decent breakfast

at first I thought I had stepped into the wrong hotel altogether because I had never had such a poor experience at a Holiday Inn Express before. The rooms have no curtains whatsoever, the TV did not work and someone else's hairs were in my sheets. This hotel should be condemned.
