“Great experience”

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff were all very pleasant. We had a wonderful experience. The continental breakfast cinnamon rolls were to die for!

We went into the city of Chicago to shop. Our whole trip was great fun!

We had my daughter's birthday celebration in Brentwood. The bars and dining were excelent. Harry Carry's place was amazing!

“Not Great”

Not a great place. My room could have used an updating. Travel for business so it is tough to find hotels in this area that are reasonable and clean. I would put up with dated rooms if the price stays low.

Even though this hotel is near the airport, I slept like a baby.This is a very nice hotel, and I will return. Excellent value and Breakfast included. The staff was friendly. Free parking.

“Very disappointed”

We were expecting a lot more when we booked rooms in this hotel. The pictures showed fridge, flat screen TV and microwave but were missing in the rooms. When asked about them during check out, we were told that those were provided upon request. What more can be said about the house cleaning after I say that the soap in the soap dish we had used in the morning was still there all soggy and gooey when we returned in the evening. And it continued to be there all the three days we were there! The front desk informed us that there would be shuttle service all day every 15 minutes from the airport but when we turned up at the airport shuttle stop at 12:50 am, we were told that the shuttle was no longer in service and that the service was only from 5 am to 12:45 am. We had to shell $22 for each cab to reach our hotel.

“Fred from Arizona”

The hotel was next to O'Hare, a shuttle every 30 Min. was great. Not much in surrounding area, unless you have a car, You can take the shuttle to O'Hare and take the Rail to Chicago, Blue Line,18 Mi., $2.25 one way. First time in Ill., first Tornado warning, June is warm, humid, rainey. Went on business so it didn't matter, didn't get to Chicage either. Breakfast was good, i'd stay again.
