“Clean, comfortable at a Good Price”

Hotel staff was very accommodating, the hotel is a bit dated, but is clean and well maintained. The breakfast was about the best I've seen and eaten at many a hotel. The price was about the best in town (St. Charles, IL).

This motel was excellent! we arrived early & I called from the car to see if we could get in when we arrived. They tols us they'd need about an hour to clean our room so we were allowed to check in hours early. The motel has no elevator & I forgot to ask for a 1st floor room. Ryan, the desk clerk, checked his computer & found a room which turned out to be an upgrade. We were thrilled. The breakfast they offer is as good as you would get at the coffee shop across the street, & it's complimentary! The entire venue is very clean & relaxing. Parking is convienent. We had a very nice stay & will use them again.

I have been to this location twice, and a location in Tulsa, OK as well, I am always impressed with the cleanliness, and the great customer service!

Our one night stay was wonderful! Our reservations were ready for us - even the desk person greeted me with my first name. I was impressed. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised. I went back for my 50th HS Reunion and I couldnot have made a better choice. Great hotel and staff, even the housekeeping staff was wonderful.

When the maid came into clean our room, she not only did a great job but she put my sons favorite stuff dog on the bed like he was napping. When we got back with a crabby boy, that made him so happy. Anytime we had a problem with the room, the staff fixed it right away. I must say that was the best experice that I have had at a hotel. Thank you :)

Friendly, smiling, attentive staff greeted us. Updated hotel with a nice lobby and very clean room. Excellent free breakfast. Very nice hotel for the money, easy to find, and in a good neighborhood. I'd stay there again without any hesitation.
