Good hotel for the price

Pros: Price, PIck-up and Drop-Off from airport, SPA, clean rooms, breakfast, small fridge and microwave in the room
Location: Premium outlets shopping, Visit to Chicago
Recently stayed at this hotel with my family. Nice hotel. They also offer pick-up and drop-off from ORD airport. Overall experience was very good. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. SPA is nice too.

A bit dissapointed

We arrived about 2 hours after check in time and informed that room was not ready and it will be another 1/2 hour before we can get in. I never experienced that on any past bookings with other hotels. Also, at check out next morning, we waited 10 minutes to just hand in key cards. Not very attentive. Will not recommend this hotel in the future.

The hotel was close to the things I liked. I had access to the central, highways,freeways, and malls.

Holiday Inn Express - Roselle, IL -

Location: Straftford Shopping Center in Bloomingdale. Cantigny in Wheaton, IL
Excellent Room, Excellent Hotel Staff, Breakfast wonderful - would recommend it Plenty of parking spaces.

Not a Country Inn & Suites

Pros: The only good thing was the beds were comfortable
Cons: Employee friendliness and cleanliness.
This hotel was in the middle of transferring from a Country Inn & Suites to a Holiday Inn Express and Suites. It was hard to find partly due to location, partly because of name change on building. There were workers everywhere, first night could not get in main entrance and the halls and lobby were a mess from redecorating. The room was ok, the beds were comfortable, but the room had not been dusted when we came in and we were there 3 days and was not dusted during that time. The first morning they served a partial breakfast. After that they had the full breakfast. The front desk staff were not real friendly. And we felt like we were in a foreign country and all the workers there spoke languages other than English. Guests should be made aware when a business changes their name and they are going to be under construction. I definitely would not have stayed there and I will not be back.

Dear Susan, Thank you for your comments. We changed brands to Holiday Inn Express in late June and that process required upgrades to our facility and services. I am very sorry if you were inconvenienced. We did have information about the renovation available on our web site at the time yet not all of our travel partners did. We made a sincere effort to let everyone know and in most cases we were successful. I regret you didn't know. I'm glad you enjoyed our new breakfast bar, it has been very popular. REVIEW OF YOU EXPIEDIA, IT COST ME MORE

Well when I got there it was not the hotel chain that i booked it, i guess it changed hands the morning that i arrived to a Holiday Inn. Which was not a big deal a little rough at check I guess with the new system from from to old one to Holiday Inns. Still they found my reservations and i got my room. THE PROBLEM WAS WHEN THE MORNING OF CHECK OUT THERE WAS A BILL THAT PUT UNDER THE DOOR, THIS WAS HOLIDAY INNS BILL WHICH WAS CLOSE TO 55.00 DOLLARS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I RECEIVE FROM YOU. THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEM LIES. I DID NOT STAY AT A COUNTRY INNS AND SUITE LIKE I BOOKED I STAYED AT A HOLIDAY INN WHICH HAD A LOT BETTER PRICE I RECIEVED FROM YOU WHERE . THIS IS RATING YOU POOR FOR NOT INFORMING ME OF THIS CHANGE AND A BETTER PRICE IF I WOULD HAVE BOOKED IT MYSELF. SO IN THE FURTHER I WILL BE BOOKING MYSELF OR THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE.

Great Stay

Although the hotel's lobby was being remodeled, the mess was minimal and did not interfere with our enjoyment of our 2 night stay. Quest laundry was fantastic with front loading washer and drier (drier got clothes dry first time!) Breakfast was the best of the 5 hotels we stayed at on our vacation. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the beds were awesome. Wish I lived closer so we could enjoy staying at this hotel again.
