Nice hotel, close to shopping.

Pros: Great location, and love that it had a pool with hot tub and a bar area.
It was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend it.

Gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel

Pros: Der nette Service beim Frühstück.
Cons: Es war kein Kühlschrank und auch keine Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Kinder zahlen extra für´s Frühstück.
Location: Gurnee Mills in Sichtweite, was will man mehr.:-)
Ein gutes empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir waren mit 2 Erw. und einen Kind (16 Jahre) für zwei Nächte dort. Der Check-In war bis auf das der Gute Mann an der Frontdesk ein für Europäer schlecht verständliches Englisch gesprochen hat gut. Das Frühstück musste extra bezahlt werden, war aber in unserer Buchung incl.(12$ extra). Allerdings nicht für unser Kind, da war ich etwas enttäuscht, ok es stand in den Buchungsbedingungen so auch drinnen. Bei anderen Hotels die wir hatten im Verlauf unserer 14 Tage Rundreise, waren die Kinder immer inclusive.

Unfortunately when breakfast is included it usually includes breakfast for two adults and up to four children 12 years of age or younger per room. The other adults do have to pay. Reasonable hotel next to Gurnee Mills shopping

Pros: Close to shopping and restaurants. Big pool, hot tub, and well equipped fitness room.
Cons: Leaking pipes, new paint job and carpet. Fix broken appliances (microwave, mini-frig)
Location: Gurnee Mills shopping.
Hotel was nice but needs some updates--getting dated and worn out. A few ceiling/pipe leaks with buckets under in the hallways.

Great Bartender and

Very friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant manager and bartender very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I had a very pleasant staff. Only down side is i requested a Fridge and microwave days prior to our stay. When we got there there were no fridge or microwave, I called the front desk and they stated that it would be an additional charge which was not discussed with me when I made the request. We had to keep the grocery items we had in the car to keep cool!

Quiet time

I really enjoyed the idea of getting away for some quiet me time. But I must have picked the wrong day for that because my quiet me time turned into listening someone's kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming and then when they would go into the room the mother would just yell and then back to running up and down the halls, the front desk moved me to another room with no problem at all only to get to that room and to listen to a woman crying and cursing up a storm. I didn't ask to get moved again I would never want to be known as a problem guest. So after a couple hours it became a very calm evening. The hotel staff was great, just the neighboring rooms were an issue

Needed to be in early to change for an event. Very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, lobby restaurant and bar were nice. Staff was great.
