Great Service

Pros: The breakfast bar area was outstanding!
Cons: The WiFi was spotty at times, and the couch sleeper was uncomfortable.
Location: It was close to everything. The hotel was in the middle of Schaumburg, and Lou Malnati's Pizzeria was very near by; it was a short drive to Chicago.
It was overall a pleasant hotel, very luxurious looking and clean.

Visit to Chicago

Pros: Free breakfast, parking and wifi.
Cons: Hotel rooms could use a little TLC.
We decided to stay here instead of spending big bucks to stay downtown Chicago. It is driving distance to the train station to catch a ride downtown and has a lot of shopping in the vicinity of the hotel. Parking was very convenient and breakfast was good - normal hotel continental breakfast.

Hotel was great, but my car was keyed in the parking lot. No security cameras outside.

My family booked this hotel room for a weekend getaway to Chicago. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were beautiful, updated and very cozy. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitly be staying here again!

Nice place, good location in the burbs

Great convenience for us to stay overnight, enjoy good food from a big variety of Indian restaurants around and get to airport (O'Hare-ORD) quick and relaxed. Very friendly staff and decent amenities.

Great place for a get away

Pros: The room was very nice,clean and quiet. It had all the comforts of home.
Cons: Better quality TV signal
Location: The hotel is not far from Woodfield Mall and other shops and restaurants. There's also Level 257 for bowling and arcade games as well as Gameworks.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice,clean and quiet. It had all the comforts of home. The only suggestion I would make would be to have better quality TV signal. Some channels had a great HD picture but the bulk of the channels had a fuzzy, bad quality that made it had to watch. Other than that the stay was perfect. The hotel is not far from Woodfield Mall and other shops and restaurants but just far enough away to avoid the traffic. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good.

~ Birthday Excursion ~

Pros: Private and easy to get around. Windows open for fresh springtime air.... recently remodeled with nice upgrades....beautiful granite & faucets.
Cons: Whirpools for suites????
Location: Classic Chgo suburban suburb w/ all the nat'l food chains, Woodfield Mall & many corps. etc... close 2 major highways; easy to get to the city& Ohare.
No reservation issues....on time check in.....clean environment in every room. REASONABLE RATES for better than average suites.

Great hotel

Location: It is near lots of restaurants.
Rented two rooms for special weekend with my sisters. The hotel was quiet and friendly, clean and spacious. The meals were tasty.

In town for horse racing....

Pros: Clean and convenient
Cons: Needs some refurbishing, can tell it is an older hotel.
Location: Arlington Park, Woodfield Mall, and many restaurants.
We came into town for opening day of Arlington and for Kentucky Derby weekend. Very close to the track. While the hotel was a bit older, the room was spacious and clean and met our needs. The breakfast in the morning was good. The Managers reception was also very nice with appetizers and drinks. Definitely would stay again in the future.
