Staff booked a room which was next to the entrance door and elevator though they have other rooms. It was too noisy to stay at there, we couldn't sleep well. Found black mold on the shower curtain, and some damage on the bath tub/wall.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, no indoor pool.

Location: Convenient to airport, Sears Arena and downtown Chicago.
Our suite was smaller than it appeared in the pictures and there is no indoor pool, but otherwise very nice place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

I was not aware, especially with the great price, that our room was actually a suite! Wish the stay had been longer! Kenny at the desk was great and very much wanted us to critique our stay. Wonderful! Nice breakfast too!

Very nice hotel close to Woodfield Mall.

I would have rated excellent across the board except for the condition of our shower head in the bathroom. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. Dinner served Mon-Thur evening in the lobby. Hot breakfast offered in the morning.

Enjoyable stay

We stayed four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very personable and friendly. We were able to joy one evening meal and it was excellent. The breakfast was great as well. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind when visiting Chicago. The location is perfect for our needs and the room was very comfortable.
