Nice and social hostel, meet some friends at complementary museum tour. Some weird people nearby the downtown area but it’s normal in US, security at lobby at night make me feel safe.

It was the second time that I stayed at Hi Hostel Chicago with a four shared bedroom and the experience was amazing. Both people who I shared the room were very friendly and polite. The only thing that I didn't like that much is that I was with 4 big luggage and no one from staff came to help me, I had to deal with them all by myself.

What was very unique was MARIO the front desk guy . He went beyond his service to help me find a screw nut to put together a walker so we can make it to the airport . This young man might need a raise soon. Good guest service
