I stayed in a King Suite and everything was comfortable and the little touches everywhere that made my stay that much nicer were always fantastic surprises. It was like a hotel Christmas. The bathrooms are delightful. I indulged in the foaming lavender bath that can be found in the nosh box and watched the tv imbedded in the bathroom mirror. The makeup mirror was extremely convenient and the lighting for the bathroom was fantastic. The room tv was great. Everything was beyond comfortable. Room service was fast and the food was good. I thought not having ice machines on the floor (or any floor) would be an inconvenience but the few times I needed ice it was just a phone call away and it always came in stemmed glasses which made it feel luxurious. Cleaning service was efficient and did a fantastic job making the room look like it did when I first arrived. The only complaint I can think of is that the view out of the window was of the hotel roof. But that could probably be fixed with an upgrade to a corner king. I definitely enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. And again. I kinda wish I had never had to leave.

“One of the best contemporary hotels - EVER. Amazing!”

Right when we walked in the door, it was everything that I had expected and more. It is definately one of the most beautiful hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was really nice and the room was amazing. I had a couple ofT special requests which they went above and beyond and wowed us. The view at night was kind of like being in Chicago. I cannot say enough good things for this hotel. I will defiantely stay here again. With regards to the location, it's super easy to find because it is right off of I-88 and you can see it from the highway.

“A Hidden Gem”

We loved the Hotel Arista. It's easy to get to, easy parking, and a good Italian restaurant right around the corner. Wish there was a Starbucks in that development. Didn't try the hotel restaurant....it looked rather gourmet and we were looking for something more casual. We will be back!

Exceptional room, hotel and staff. Was impressed with entire hotel in general. Room was 5 star and view was also good. Had wonderful stay. would use again. Great room for the price.

“Great Place..”

My husband and I were visiting family in the area and decided to try this hotel. It was clean, friendly, comfortable and the customer service was amazing. There was not wear or tear on the rooms. The floors were quiet and the location was great. A bonus was a wine festival in the parking lot that weekend. I would highly recommend.

“Great, Modern Hotel”

The hotel is immaculate and has a very friendly, if newly trained, staff. Free espresso in the lobby makes up for the lack of options nearby the hotel. Definitely recommended.

“Absolute favorite”

Hotel Arista is hands down the top hotel we've stayed at. We research hotels extensively before we stay, and traveler's opinions mean the most. For a hotel that's 3 years old to still have 4.9, that's great, and now we know why! 'Idor" was the greatest doorman ever, followed by an upgrade to a suite when we were booked in a handicap accessible room without a tub. The suite was gorgeous! It was so spacious, clean, modern, and so, so comfortable. The pictures online do not come close to showing how beautiful and BIG it was! I was sad to only stay one night, as we had next night reservation downtown Chicago. We'll definitely be back as soon as possible, and will enjoy the shuttle to beautiful downtown Naperville (we loved the Riverwalk, shops, dining, Carillon, etc.)
