Beautiful hotel

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Valet parking was a bit disorganized upon arrival. I couldn't determinehow much I was paying since it wasn't posted anywhere, including web site.
Beautiful hotel with all the comforts of home. Spacious with great lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

Good choice

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: Good size rooms, comfortable beds, both bath and shower, very clean.
Cons: Maybe the hotel shuttle could go further than Naperville.
Location: It is slightly isolated. Restaurants and shopping in Naperville.
Stayed at the Arista with a friend, well placed for Naperville. Staff are helpful. You need transport to get anywhere from the hotel.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Room very comfortable. Even though we didn't use it the tv in the bathroom mirror was interesting. Plan to stay there again.

Very accommodating.

Perfect for just a quick get away weekend near downtown Naperville. Free shuttle to downtown made it even more appealing. Great room with huge bathroom.

Very nice hotel

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: Loved the ultra modern design of the room, comfy king sized bed with big warm feather comforter.
Cons: The guest robes are a bit on the rough and scratchy side, and if you are on the tall side or full bodied you may not be comfortable in the tub.
Location: The hotel location is not the most scenic, but you are close to the town of Naperville with its many restaurants and in the summer activities.
Was very much in need of a get-away-weekend and the Hotel Arista provided just the right atmosphere for such a weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful and check in and out was flawless.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: It's a boutique-type hotel with nicer amenities in the rooms.
Cons: Walls seemed a little thin. We did hear our neighbors in their room and were able to hear people clearly when they were in the hallway.
Location: It's on the edge of downtown Naperville, IL so there are many shops, places to eat, etc.
Spent the night at the Hotel Arista for a wedding and being our first time staying at this property, we were very pleased. There was a confusion with the reservation, but the manager was very accommodating and since the room type we reserved was no longer available, he upgraded us at no charge to an even nicer room. The only negative comments would be the bathroom lights were tricky to master (could very well be operator error, willing to admit that) and there didn't seem to be enough insulation from noises in other rooms and the hallway. The parking garage was also just a tad confusing because of how the spots were labeled, but we apparently figured it out since we didn't have a ticket on our window in the morning. Very convenient as you enter through the banquet area.

Extremely nice

Pros: Stylish, modern room. Comfortable bed that envelops you.
Cons: Room service was okay. They need more items to choose from. However the portions were humongous.
Location: Naperville is a great town. Lot's of restaurants and if you are a shopper, the downtown section is a lot of fun. All of the best stores are downtown.
Gorgeous contemporary hotel. Fantastic staff. Love the modern amenities such as the television in the bathroom mirror.
