Pros: Location. Safety.
Cons: Post if fitness and pool are closed and dates. I took a second suitcase to take my workout wear and didn't need the additional suitcase charge.
Location: Close to hotels and lots of eateries.
The fitness centre and pool were closed ;-( but when asked staff reported there was access at a nearby hotel. Staff friendly and gave good directions. Good location. Expensive. Fridge and coffeemaker in room. Room spacious.

Convenient to Michigan AvePosted Apr 21, 2015
I have stayed here when it was 4 points by Sheraton, loved it then. It is now under renovations and the updates are nice but the restaurant, pool & workout room weren't open. Great location close to everything downtown. Rooms are modern and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. Rain head showers in the bathrooms and great towels(unusual for a hotel).i would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway to ChicagoPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Location Staff gets an A+ Room cleanliness
Cons: More mirrors, lighting and drawers.
Location: Shopping Dining
The hotel location was great as was the staff (A++). I personally would have liked more mirrors, lighting and drawers in the room. Other than that it was fine for a long weekend getaway.

Great Hotel just off MichiganPosted Apr 20, 2015
Rush was a great experience, although it seems like this experience will be unable to be replicated, as there are signs all over the hotel they are becoming a Marriott OC or something like that. The hotel is modern, clean centrally located and not too expensive for how close it is to the Michigan Ave hotspots. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a Sheraton previously. During our stay the refurbishment of the lobby was nearing completion and there were a lot of workman around. This did not affect anything. The lobby staff could not have been more helpful. Our room was on a floor that had been refurbished and was of good 4* standard. What made our experience even better was the extremely good deal we had through Expedia (possibly due to the refurb!)

Great beds!!Posted Apr 18, 2015
The beds here are the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel! The staff were all very friendly, we arrived at noon but they were able to check us in early. Walking distance to everything. Can't think of anything negative to day! !

Management TransitionPosted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Great Location and very clean.
Cons: Facilities equipment was contistiently noisy all night long and under constructions.
Location: Great shopping and restaurants in the walking distance.
The Rush Hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice, but is currently under construction and from the notices in the room transitioning ownership to the Marriott. The location was great to attend my conference and there are a ton of restaurants and stores in walking distance. I stayed on the the 7th floor and when heading to my room there was a loud, noisy mechanical room at the end of my hall. Not sure if it was the airconditioning unit or general facilities equipment, but I could hear it all night long. Except for the noise, it was a nice hotel to stay in.
