Pros: The rooms were really big. I brought my daughters and some nieces and there was plenty or room for everyone.
Location: Huge mall, plenty of restaurants and entertainment for adults and children such as Improv, movie theater, game works, and Lego land.
Everything about my stay was great. It was clean, spacious, and the people who worked their was very nice.

Great location, reasonably priced but...

the plumbing is super loud!!! We could hear every time the person next door would flush the toilet or person on the other side took a shower. All in all we had a good experience. The room was comfy. The price was excellent for the location. The staff was super nice and attentive but I probably wouldnt stay here again because I'm a light sleeper.

Good Nights Sleep

Location: Very close to Woodfield Mall.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we feel asleep quickly. The breakfast was well managed and included a variety of foods to choose from - this was a nice inclusion with the hotel stay. The only downside was the water. It left a white residue and when cupped in your hand looked like watered down milk. We were told this is what Chicago water is like.

Hard to locate of of I-90.

The hotel was hard to find then one of our 3 booked confirmed rooms were wrong and the manager when asked about the wrong room we booked ,and that it was moldy smelling, was rude. Said basically we are over booked deal with it. He was rude to other customers as well. Bathrooms are tiny. No room to even turn around. Otherwise great breakfast! Nice comfortable bed.

Comfortable room. Decent pool. Better than average inclides breakfast. Given the number of families staying here some areas of hotel we're say after kids went through (pool, elevator, lounge, etc)

Surprise Birthday Celebration for husband!

The surprise came off great. Our children and us live in WI and went to Chicago for Medevial times for my husband's 60th Birthday. He thought it was just the two of us. They came and surprised him at the hotel. I had booked the three suites with king size beds specifically. When one of my daughter's got to her room it had two double beds which was not adequate as she was married. She approached the manager and explained to him that the room smelled like cat urine and was suppose to be a king size bed. He told her he couldn't do anything about it that they were booked. She came to me as I had booked the room for her so we could all be together in the same hotel, so I talked to the manager and he said it is what it is. When you book through Expedia they give the rooms out not us. I explained and showed him my itineraries with all rooms with king beds and that is what was booked paid for and guaranteed and was not what we got. He just said it is out of our hands and we are booked. I was so not happy and it caused a bad experience for all of us right away. I have decided if this is how Expedia handles booked rooms with thus hotel as they said it was Expedia and when you booked with them there are no guarantee what you get it will no longer be the source I choose to use. This manager was rude and acted like he really could care less. Not good service or business quality.

Nice rooms, good breakfast. I'll recommend it for families.
