Pros: Good breakfast !!
Location: It`s a very good option, is about half an hour from down town, it`s five minutes walking to Woodfield Mall and about 20 minutes to the airport
It was nice, clean, very good breakfast, the rooms has good space, and very nice staff

No internet

We recently stayed here for a long weekend. We booked three rooms on the fourth floor. We arrived on a Friday evening around 11. When we tried to connect to the Internet, on several devices we had no service. I contacted the front desk and was transferred to tech support where I was on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes trying to trouble shoot the problem. Tech support said they were going to do a master reset and that the internet would be on in the morning. We woke up on Saturday once again to no internet, so I called the front desk. I again was told that they were going to transfer me to tech support, I refused because we had prior plans and I did not have time to deal with tech support. The front desk said that would be no problem and that they woul hopefully have it fixed when we returned. We returned around 10:00 that night and found that we still had no internet. I proceeded to call down to the front desk, again was told they would have to contact tech support, this time the other person at the desk called while I was still on the line. Tech support again said that they would do another master reset and the front desk said they would notify me when it was done. I received no notification. On Monday morning we checked out, I asked to speak to the general manager and was told he would be in around 10 and was given his number. Throughout the day, on our trip home, I tried to contact the manager leaving many messages that have yet to be returned.

Nice hotel to stay

Check in counter and the bar is at the same place. Other than that we didn't have much time to spend except sleeping. I slept really well on the bed.

Good hotel, 45 minute drive to downtown Chicago

Pros: Very friendly staff, clean room and spacious. Good free breakfast and good coffee.
Cons: Ice machine was only available on the ground floor in a six or more floor hotel.
Location: Joe's Crab Shack for dining. Lots of fun.
Great location, quiet area and very pleasant. Hotel staff are very accommodating and are a charm to deal with. Only two things that were downside during our stay for two nights and that was a children's baseball tournament which put us right in the middle of some noisy neighbours and we couldn't use the indoor pool, just too crowded. In general we found our stay acceptable.

Nice stay, a little worn

We like staying at Hyatt Place hotels because of their nice room layouts that can accommodate our family of five. This one didn't seem to make the best use of space as the toilet/shower area was super cramped when the rest of the room had more than enough space. The room seemed a little worn, but the beds were comfy and breakfast was very good.

Just ok and may be for next time

We got first room and was noisy. We could not switch. Carpet was little bit filthy and bed seets was questionable. Not sure i will go there unless lower price is offered.

Unpleasant experience

The hotel is fine, its an averge room. Unfortunately I left behind an expensive set of running clothes. I called the hotel just a few hours after checking out when I realized what I had done. They said they would check and get back to me and I received no response. I called again the next day and was told there was nothing found. Which is housekeeper code for we threw them away or we kept them. The clothes cost more than what we paid for the room. Very upset at the dishonest staff.
