“Great place in western suburbs”

The hotel is less than two years old and is very modern and comfortable. The included breakfast is better than most, and the optional hot entrees appeared to be quite good. There are few reestaurants near the hotel, but the hotel staff provided several suggestions for places to eat in neighboring Naperville. We tried Catch Thirty Five and Hugo's Frog Bar, and both were excellent. We will definitely return to the Hyatt Place.

“Wonderful Service”

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly. The service was excellent, as was the location and the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Bed was comfortable. The only downside was the "breakfast". There wasn't anything of substance in the continental breakfast, so I ordered a hot breakfast for $7.50 (not a bad price for breakfast), but even that was bland and left much to be desired. That said, I would still go back to this hotel, I would just plan to go out for breakfast!

“Marvelous!”

Absolutely the best 3 star hotel we have stayed at. A 4-star masquerading as 3. Exceptionally helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable staff. A large, well-furnished and spotless room. Would now consider Hyatt Place for anywhere we go. Thank you.

“Great for little kids”

It's not always easy to travel with little ones but the room was reasonably priced and huge. The continental breakfast pleased parents and kids and everything was clean and easy to navigate. Loved it!

“Nice New hotel”

The room was very comfortable and modern. Plenty of room. The continental breakfast was basic and the tables were not cleaned off or wiped down in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

“Felt upscale”

This was a very nice hotel for the price. It felt as though I was in a more upscale hotel than many others in a similar category. Everything was clean, sparkling, etc. and the front staff very helpful with all my questions.

“Awesome!”

This is one of THE nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! Brand new! Comfortable, Modern, Spacious, and Clean! It was a steal to stay there. The only recommendation I would have would be Vending machines. The hotel has 24 hour room service however would just be nice to go and buy a coke.
