Nice hotel, right in the middle of Chicago.Posted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: The staff and the location.
Cons: Not enough electrical outlets for an upscale hotel. Could not keep laptop and iPhone close during recharge.
Location: Right on the River and Michigan in Chicago, great location.
The room was nice, the view was excellent and the staff was very nice.

Decent Corporate Hotel with a Great BarPosted Sep 19, 2014
Decent hotel in a great location. Comfortable rooms with large walk in showers and if you get up to the 31st floor in the west tower facing east you will have superb views over the lake. The big bar has fabulous views of the city, a spectacular tower of bottles and good beer.

great location, great staffPosted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: great location, great staff.
Cons: free wifi could be offered, I was disappointed that it was only offered with a 9.95 a day surcharge.
Location: the Chicago river, Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile, Millenium Park, and Museum campus, this is a great central location!
hotel is in a great central location, very easy access to all attractions many would be interested in. Being right at the Chicago river, across from the Wrigley building at that, gives you easy access to water taxis, as well as Michigan avenue, and a short walk or trolley ride to Navy Pier.

Nice hotel close to attractionsPosted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: I liked the location of this hotel. Very close to attractions.
Cons: I would update the rooms as they are looking and smelling a little dated.
Location: This hotel over looks the river. There is shopping nearby and we walked to the aquarium, field museum and Soldiers Field.
Upon arriving at the hotel we were promptly attended to and given early access to our room which happened to overlook the river which was quite nice. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The room was a little dated, but served our needs. I would recommend this hotel :)

Chicago weekendPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: It's location near everything people come to Chicago to see and do.
Cons: Get rid of the silly WiFi charge of $9.99. The room cost should cover this minimal expense.
Location: You can walk 1/2 mile to the Navy Pier, or a mile or so to local parks, the Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, Planetarium, or Willis and Hancock buildings
Spent a lot to get a great location so we could walk to everything we wanted to do. Paid $20 extra for a great view of the river and lake near the Navy Pier. They're about what you'd expect for a high end facility, great staff, very courteous and helpful.

Great hotel for Chicago breakPosted Sep 7, 2014
Cons: Free internet in the rooms would be great.
Can't really fault this hotel. Great location, helpful, professional staff. Would really recommend Regency Club - very good facility for light breakfast and snacks throughout the day.
