“Would definitely stay here again”

This hotel was great!! We only stayed here one night, but I would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations on restaurants and shopping. And the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

“Bait and Switch”

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint was I reserved a King size bed, and when I arrived they gave me 2 queen beds.

Service was impecible and rooms great and comfy.

“A great location but only for those who can tolerate a crowd”

We stayed for three nights over the Fourth of July weekend and were completely satisfied with the service and our room. We had occasion to use the services of the concierge and in both instances we got great - and completely accurate - information. The "Big Bar" on the second level is a great place for tapas and a cold beer. Plus, the hotel has a terrific location - one block from Michigan Avenue, right on the river, close to Millennium Park and lots of restaurants - the best place for breakfast is the Corner Bakery on Michigan, one block from the Hyatt - but it is huge and so can handle a lot of people. When we were there, the place was packed. The result was a long wait at the elevators and noise on our floor (it could have been due to partying over the Fourth)late into the night. The Sunday night we were there all was peace and quiet. So, I would completely recommend this hotel - as long as you're willing to take the chance that thousands of other people (potentially noisy) will be there, as well.

“New Favorite Hotel Chain”

After spending the weekend in Chicago I thought back to the other times I'd stayed at Hyatt Hotels. I'm usually the type of guy to hit all the discount sites online to find the cheapest, best hotel... and I'll probably continue to do so, but if there's a choice in staying at a Hyatt versus something else for even a couple dollars more, I'll take it. Hyatt is my new fave.

“Great Stay”

I've stayed downtown many times but I really enjoyed staying here. Location, Location, Location...easy access to lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Easy check in/out and very clean.

“We'll see you next July...... from a New Yorker”

I'm a Director with THe Pampered Chef and was in Chicago with my team for a Conference. We were 1 block from our Conference Hotel.... loved the room and accommodations and will definately recommend the Hyatt Regency and be back next July.

“Great location”

Great location. The room was clean and well appointed; small but with a great view. I got a free upgrade to the lakeview room. Would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel experience. I hope I have the opportunity to visit again real soon. Great location, great accomodations. Chicago never dissapoints, and neither did this hotel.

“Wonderful”

Thought the 50 dollar parking was a bit high but the hotel was terrific and comfortable and everyone was very, very nice from check in to check out. Did not have one bad incident!!
