Nice hotel, close to airport and Toby Keith's bar!

Staff was friendly and nice. Don't mess with the mini bar. Not worth the prices! Otherwise clean hotel and nice views from room window. Could barely hear the planes when they went by.

Nice hotel

Posted Sep 14, 2014
It's close to the airport and has a nice view from the high rooms. The beds are comfy and the hotel is clean. Looks like they decided to cut renovation cost by keeping the carbon theme from the bare concrete in the decor. Other than that, the rooms seem to have thin walls. I could hear the next room lady talking. The shower has good water pressure and there's a kiosk for printing boarding passes for free. There's a cafe and a fedex office center in the hotel and also a covered access to parking near the hotel from the lobby.

A relaxed, overnight stay!

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: The quiet lobby & room. Also good beds & amenities.
Cons: The visit to the bar was very short: way too noisy in there for both of us & extremely difficult to even try & speak together across the table.
Location: There was no time for such.
The hotel turned out to be a haven for my husband & me in the midst of some very intense times. We enjoyed the room, even the balcony with -in this case- a pretty bland view. But, we had very good food & nice service from waitstaff as well as the desk personnel: all with a friendly, upbeat outlook-- such a blessing, like a breath of fresh air & conducive to relaxation.. I ended up forgetting a compilot (a three piece hearing device) in the room upon departure, but after a phone call the head housekeeper promised to inform the lady cleaning our room of same & to call me back once the items were found. Upon our later return to the hotel all was at the front desk as promised.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Top notch everything!
Cons: Rooms were slightly noisy from one room to another. I was surprised I could hear coffee brewing in the next room.
Quite possibly the nicest hotel and staff I've stayed at.

Nice economical hotel

Posted Sep 8, 2014
We stayed at the hotel while in town for a concert. The shuttle driver met us at the airport, and was extremely courteous. We were permitted to check in well before check in time, and we're upgraded to a king room for no extra cost. Staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and neat, and the bed was very comfortable. We used the rain sounds on the portable noise machine, and didn't even notice planes flying past. Only downside was that the restaurant and their alcoholic beverages were a bit pricey. But overall, a very nice stay. Shuttle service to airport and train were a very nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Unplanned airport stay due to missed flight

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Room was nicely decorated and bed was wonderful. Bathroom was small, drab bathroom, dirty toilet. No glasses or cups in bathroom. Long walk from reception desk to "executive" wing through very dark, tired decor hallway. Reception clerk very nice. Airport shuttle bus nice and efficient. Did not seem 4 star overall.

Nice but aging

The room was nice, but the cigarettes in the cup and the can of PBR should have been cleaned up. $25 per night guest parking in the suburbs ... Nope, no excuse for that.
