The hotel is spectacular in design. The place is very well maintained. I was here last year and it looks just as new. I love this place and will continue to come here again in the future.

The Hyatt Regency disappoints, particularly when considering its steep pricing relative to local options. The rooms feel unclean and painfully outdated, urgently needing a modern refresh. As one of the most expensive hotels in the area, it falls short of expectations for comfort and style. The lone highlight in this otherwise lackluster experience is the excellent shuttle service, which operates efficiently and provides a much-needed convenience. Overall, the Hyatt Regency must revamp its accommodations to truly justify its premium rates and align with the quality promised by its renowned brand.

Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency in Rosemont, Illinois, was truly exceptional. The combination of exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities made my stay memorable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience in the Rosemont area. I was even allowed to bring my dog.

I really didn't like that I had to pay $40/night for parking. It most definitely would have been alot cheaper if I would have booked my stay through a Park Stay and Fly site. I had to pay an extra $200 above and beyond my 2 nights stay!!! Live and Learn!!!! Teena Franzen

The hotel is well managed with great dining including breakfast on site. There is easy access to the Des Plaines River over a foot bridge to a recreational path and nature trails, definitely worth checking out if you have time to unwind or want the exercise option.

Hotel is in a FANTASTIC location near Ohare Airport. Shuttle services was EXCELLENT! The only reason I’m give it a 4 Star was the front desk service. They need to be friendlier. Smile. Ask if they can help out a little more. For the monies we pay at least offer assistance. Otherwise, everything else went great!

Bring back buffet and valet parking
We have been coming here for the Jump dance competition for the past 11 years. One of the highlights every year was the amazing Buffet and the valet service both of which are now not available. There is still a breakfast Buffet, but at 25+ dollars it was very poor value. Other than the coffee and omelet station it was very subpar! It is also an under utilized space when people stand in line for an hour to get in to the Red Bar. It was understandable during Covid to discontinue the Buffet but please bring it back! Please!

Very terrible check in experience because of unavailability of payment authorization for non us residents / tourists. Even if you paid for the whole package online , they still need you to charge an additional fee with a debit card on file which may not be available for foreign citizens .
