Nice hotel close to mall, eateries, and mall

The floor was not vacuumed. The furniture was marred. The walls are so paper thin that there are signs posted to remain quiet during evening hours. We went to the restaurant and were essentially ignored to the point that we left. The hot tub was broken and the pool was filthy. I will never stay here again!

Some Surprising Flaws

Pros: The pool.
Cons: Train the cleaning staff to "use their inside voices," especially at hours when visitors can reasonably be expected to be sleeping.
The outdoor pool was amazing, lovely, and long enough to get some real exercise. The room was clean and the pillows heavenly, but the bed was pretty hard. A more serious problem: just before eight I was woken by loud conversation in the halls. Not that unusual in a hotel as people hurry off to meet obligations, but it persisted and eventually I figured out it was the cleaning staff. You'd think they'd be better trained than to holler up and down the halls at each other.

Nice and quiet

It was very nice and quiet. I think they should offer continental breakfast for ALL guest even those who book through expedia. They are guest too and should be treated the same way.

Clean, quiet hotel near shopping

Pros: Restaurant service was superb. Nicer buffet than was expected.
Cons: Offer late night food options, or offer a minibar in the room. Internet should be free; the two tiered plan is too expensive.
Location: Across street from mall, IKEA, highway intersection, multiple chain restaurants.
Pleasant stay in a quite large suburban hotel. Instead of a single large tower, the hotel is spaced out very widely from a central core bank of elevators.

I HAVE BOOKED SMOKING ROOM AND YOU DID NOT TELL ME THAT HOTEL IS NO SMOKING THAT IS ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE.

Don't fear "the drive"

Pros: PRICE
Cons: Too late now.... but layout on guest room floors is a bit of a maze.
Location: Easy on-off from freeway, close to O'Hare and access to Chiocago
If you don't mind a "bit of a drive" in to downtown Chicago, this property offers easy access to O'Hare and relativley quick travel at a GREAT price compared to other alternatives closer to town. Ample dining alternatives in the immediate area as well as decent options at the property.
