시내여서 좋음

시내여서 좋음 미시간호도 멀지 않고 지하철은 약 10분정도 걸어가면 Grand-Red역 있음. 시내 Loop까지 약 10분 도보거리임 전반적으로 새 건물은 아니지만 가성비는 나쁘지 않음 추천

It seems like it hasn't been cared for in a while. Clean but the AC unit, the clock radio and the iron were all clearly broken.

Chicago get away

The location of the hotel was spot on!!! Half a block from Michigan Ave and close to everything you could want! The Navy Pier was about a 15 minute walk. The hotel when you first walk in is very clean and modern. The staff was very nice and helpful. When I got to the room I was a little disappointed. You can tell they cut corners a bit when they tried to redo the carpet. The beds were really comfortable, slept like a baby. Bathroom was a little small for two people to be in at the same time. Over all I would stay again at the hotel primarily due to location. Just a heads up valet parking is $52 a day (a deal compared to other prices I saw) with in and out privileges. If your planning on staying close to hotel you won't need to take the car out.

Great area, not-so-great accommodations

Location: Magnificent Mile
Lobby is nice but the rest is just generally run down. Stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, leaking sink, exposed cables/wires, sagging upholstery. Location is good but guest rooms need an upgrade.

Inn of Chicago during Microsoft Ignite conference

Pros: close to Magnificent Mile, public transport, and is cheaper than many other hotels nearby
Cons: Free wireless in room would be good. Curtains that actually close to block out light would be good. A/C was noisy and blew curtains open.
Location: Walking distance to Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile. Longer walk to Millennium Park and Art Institute. Buy CTA 7 day Ventura pass and use public transport
Just needed a place to sleep, didn't really use any facilities

Great Location

Pros: The locations is the best asset.
Location: Great local small restaurants nearby, within steps to Michigan Av and all tours.
Comfortable hotel, with a great location and affordable, staff really helpful. I will stay here again for sure.

Pros: Location
Cons: Stop charging for wifi.
Location: The hop on hop off bus is 3 blocks away.
Situated one block from the Magnificent Mile, the hotel has a great location. The Chicago river is 3 blocks south.

Decent, reasonable hotel close to Miracle Mile

Pros: Location and it was decent for the price. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Very small bathroom that needed more counter space, paint, etc. Hotel could use new carpet and paint touch-ups.
Location: Great location -- 1/2 block from the Miracle Mile. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Decent hotel with reasonable prices for downtown Chicago. One-half block from the Miracle Mile, with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Our room was spacious enough but the bathroom was VERY small and could have used more space for toiletries, etc. Noticed several stains/spots on the carpet in the hallways and rooms that took away from the ambience.

For price, It's OK. But, No room fridge, No room WIFI, No airport shuttle.

Please note that we do offer portable mini-refrigerators for a daily nominal fee if a guest requests one. We do not offer a private airport shuttle, however, we recommend using Go Airport Express to arrange transportation.
