The hotel was closed.

Got to the hotel at 11pm after a long day driving to find the hotel was closed for renovation. Had to hunt down a room and pay double at midnight somewhere else.

Don't Stay Here

Pros: Good breakfast selection
Cons: Bell Hop to bring in luggage; hot water in the rooms; a separate elevator for guests and workers; faster elevator; desk chairs that elevate up to desk
Location: nothing special
Must go up a ramp to hotel entrance, which is very difficult with luggage on a trolley that you must somehow manage to keep from rolling back down the ramp as you attempt to open the entrance door and make your way inside. Undergoing renovations and work crews and electric tools are noisy and considerable loud banging. Elevators are the slowest I have experienced in more than 50 years staying at hotels both domestic and abroad. This is exacerbated by the constant use by work crews. Hotel room sink and shower water is lukewarm at best. Desk chair, even when elevated is too far below the desk top.

Great breakfast

Hotel was under renovation but that didn't affect our stay. Had problem with shuttle service to airport but manage was able to fix problem which we appreciated. Very nice selection for breakfast. Well worth the money!!!

Internet No Good

I enjoyed my stay besides the Internet keep kicking me off line. This was my second time staying here and this didn't happen the first time. I expected the fitness room to be in working condition based off what I was told my first stay. This hotel is in a good location. I will stay here again hopefully the Internet will be fixed by then

A nightmare

Pros: noting
the hotel was in what it looks like "construction" very, very dirty place, smelly and terrible. The Exits were blocked with couches and carts. not a good place, had to stay somewhere else, was a safety danger and healthy issue.

I arrived in Chicago O'Hare International Airport at 11PM due to a flight delay. I was expecting a shuttle ride to the airport to this hotel but I was told it was too late. If I had known earlier I would have taken an earlier flight. The taxi ride to the hotel cost me $57. The lesson I learned from this experience is that if you want to break your journey be prepared to pay the high price of an airport hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel is under major renovation. No front lobby. Strong smell of smoke in hallways. Rooms outdated and very cold. Carpets dirty and sticky. Wallpaper peeling. Young kids (residents?) running/playing in the hallways.
