This hotel was a great price. It was also ima great locations to eateries, the mall, etc..... The hotel staff were great, very polite, helpful and just a pleasure.

Okay hotel location okay fast food next to hotel

Stay at the hotel after big 10tournamenthad to wait on room everything was okay . Hotel was close to the airport main reason for staying.The staff was very friendly and was willing to do anything to make it your stay comfortable and enjoyable

Nasty bathrooms ..... Sheets had nasty stains .... Dusty and I will not stay here for that price .

1st time vistor to chicago

Pros: If it wasn't for the good customer service I would have rated them lower...
Cons: Room furniture, chair drops almost to floor when you sit in it, ac unit makes noise every time it clicked on.
Location: Not any real food places near by, fast food and hibachi grill which wasn't too bad.
Hotel Airport Shuttle passed thru airport and didn't even stop to see if any passengers were out standing in cold for LaQuinta Inn Shuttle. Contacted hotel, front desk clerk apologized, said she was contacting driver, waited another hour before he returned, basically 2hrs before getting to hotel and they state shuttles runs at the top of every hour. They shouldn't even advertise hotel shuttle, it's best you have a car rental ready! Room ok , bathroom was not cleaned, had hairs on floor... Room key did not work doors around hotel, had to walk all the way around hotel to front main entrance to get in, told front desk they never worked on 2nd try...

Comfortable and Convenient

Pros: Convenient Location and clean room. Nice sized bathroom
Cons: It would be nice to have a few more protein items on the breakfast buffet - there was no peanut butter or meat options.
Location: We stopped there on our way out of Chicago heading home so didn't pay attention to restaurants or attractions nearby.
We were looking for a nice, reasonable hotel along Interstate 90 outside of Chicago. This hotel fit the bill - the room was comfortable with clean linens, nice size bathroom. Very quiet - we barely heard anyone around us. It also was very convenient to the Interstate - two turns from the exit and we were there.

Pros: Good value
Cons: Maybe check out guests before you allow them to stay. I was told one of the woman the police were called about was "seriously wasted" when she checked
Location: Nothing of note near by.
Yes it was a good value. Free breakfast was fine. WiFi didn't work. I stayed there on Valentine's Day and twice while I was in the lobby using their(very slow) computer police arrived because of domestic violence from a couple of the guests. Needless to say, that was a bit off putting.

The stay was great at the La Qinta inspite of situ

The experience with the, La Quinta Inn & Suits was pleasant, compared to Howard Johnson experience. Having no heat &'the discomfort of waiting in the rental car for pretty much the entire day for better accommodations, with the La Quinta. Unfortunately being a victim of crime, having my cell phone picked pocketed, upon my arrival in Chicago IL, O'Hare Airport wasn't Pleasant either on top of the issues. Having to wait for further assistance due to lack of accommodates with the room service. Which lead to cutting my stay short along with the reimbursement, for the inconvenien @ the Howard Johson.

Good price and room was great. Pop machine was not working that was the only issue .
