“if in the area again I will stay there. Super convenient to many things.”

Room was always clean when I returned. Toliet was shiny clean. Bed comfortable. Easy on andoff the 290 freeway. Was very pleased and impressed with this hotel.

Area recommendations

Schaumburg was clean and seemed very friendly.

Many selections available. A super big mall is very close to this hotel. My wife would have loved it but she had to stay home.

“Clean and Convenient”

I booked this hotel after the conference hotel, Marriott Schaumburg, was all booked. I got a double queen (even though it was just me staying, king was all sold out) for Friday checkin, Sunday checkout, for cheaper than the conference hotel rate. Free wifi, clean linens, flat screen TV and convenient location. Would definitely stay again if I were ever in the area.

Close to the Woodfield Mall, second largest mall, with almost 60 stores and plenty of restaurants.

Dining

Right in between a Dennys and Wendys if you'd like fast food.

“very disappointed”

*front desk staff was rude *no coffee pot in room, took 3 tries to get one that worked and was a complete set *garbage (not ours) was left in hallway outside our door for 24 hours *staff would not move hotel van from under overhang at front entrance so we could unload our bags (it was pouring rain...) *bath towels were the size of dish rags. we requested more, but they never came. *no TV remote in room. took 2 requests and a trip to the lobby to get one *electricity went out in our room(only) as we packed to leave. After 45 min, no one came to check, so we packed in the dark and left *vending machine on our floor would not take dollar bills

“Comfy & Convenient”

Our daughter was competing in a dance competition in the area. This hotel was located in a great place surrounded by very nice restaurants and the Woodfield Mall. I have been informed that it is the 2nd largest mall in the US. It was also not very far from the bus station to take downtown to Chicago.

“Nice hotel for travellers”

I stayed twice in hotels in that area. I like the quality of hotels there. This hotel has an outdoor pool--which I have never used--and Denny's dinery right next to it. As a resident of LaQuinta, you receive a 10% discount at Denny's; is also nice, if you travel with a family. Good service, good quality, nice breakfast.

“Ideal place for the busy visitor.”

The staff was friendly and inviting. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Room was clean and relaxing. We had a double room. I wish the beds were double queens and not the double full sized beds that we had as well as a slightly bigger table and maybe one more chair would of been nice. The 4 people in my room managed to work with it since we were only there to swim and sleep. The location is great. Right in between Wendy's & Denny's, giving us cheaper dining options compared to the pricier restaurants in the surrounding area. The complimentary breakfast was also a great bonus.

“great xperience”

We were attending a convention in the area and chose this hotel because they allowed pets. It is in a great location. Shoping and dining is within walking distance. We had a room very close to the exit so we could take our pet outside without disturbing anyone. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

“Tour Bus stop”

My blanket had a cigarette burn hole in it and there were groups in the hall running and yelling in the evening when we were trying to get to sleep. A tour bus had pulled in with many teens and their chaperones, so there was no where for us to sit at breakfast the next morning as all tables and chairs were taken up with groups of kids. They were loud in the hallways and in elevators and at drink/ice machines. I would not stay at this facility again.
