The property was disgusting. The pool had a film. It was cloudy and couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was closed off with a tarp. The ceiling had mildew. We didn’t even stay we left.

The pictures are far better than what the property actually looks like. Very noisy, lots of children and loud music coming from other rooms all night. Breakfast was average, overall an average place to stay.

Bapu was really warm. I hate it Jacuzzi one working but it was OK. Need to keep more towels in the pool area but other than that I loved it.

It's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel yet. People were definitely smoking on the second floor while I was there and it was very noisy

The room was decent and modern, except the toilet and shower, but the hallway spelled of pot and the hot tub was out. We specifically look for hotels with hot tubs, so this was very disappointing. We won't be staying here again.

The hotel itself was fine - I was a little nervous about the parking lot but that might have just been me. Nothing happened, just a lot of other traffic around the hotel.

The front desk attendants were not friendly at all. The lady that checked me in didn’t go over any information regarding the hold they place on your card, check out time or about the continental breakfast. When I come back up there later while she was checking someone else in she was going over all of that with them. Also the pool water was not warm and they had 3 electrical heaters plugged up around the pool area because it was not heated which is very unsafe. Then there was an empty hot tub with no covering over it I had to keep an eye on the younger kids that were with me to make sure they didn’t go near and fall in. Later that night when I ordered food from a restaurant I forgot to get plates and cups and I was told by the man at the front desk why didn’t I get plates from the restaurant and didn’t I have cups in my room. The entire stay was not pleasant at all . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Upon check in there were a million kids arguing in the lobby and some lady yelling at them. Them another person tried to walk in the building with a million balloons and a birthday cake . The clerk at the front desk told her she had to leave because of the no party policy and they proceed to argue .. it took me an hour to get checked in … terrible experience… tell them to show you the camera footage

This hotel was so dirty the furniture in the room look molded, the towels smell like glue.. it’s 32 degrees in Chicago I only had 2 sheets on the bed.. the refrigerator sounded like it was gonna explode.. it was dirty finger prints on the walls.. the toilet tissue looked like it was wet.. the shower curtain was mildew and it looked like blood was on some parts of the wall.. the shower was making an engine sound.. this was the worst place to stay JUST FILTHY AND THE house keeper was ignorant her name was arika please fire her💯 she was MEAN AS HELL.. I hated it so bad I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE WHEN I GET BACK HOME..

You get what you pay for
I walked in and if I had not paid on line I would have left. I felt like I was in a cheap dirty motel but this is a hotel. The floors were nasty carpet too. People sound in rooms baby crying you could hear from in the room tub was broke water smelled of chlorine in the shower. I had another guest come to me about vending machine horrible stay will never stay again. In a great location but horrible stay
