“one night stand”

I was there for one night only on a local business trip. Service was excellent, fast and pleasant. I did use room service which was rapid and reasonable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom and toiletries were fine - the usual Marriott quality. I used the gym which has both aerobic and weight training equipment ( in separate rooms) with towels, water and headphones - it was uncrowded at the times I used it. The pool and spa are adjacent, although I did not use them. I did use their local shuttle service which was prompt and pleasant. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and worth the money.

“O.K. Experience”

It was an o.k. hotel experience. Nothing overall stood out. Popcorn under the bed that was not cleaned from previous guests. Hotel personnel was very good though. Overall it was o.k.

“Super nice hotel for a great rate”

This hotel was a super value for the price we paid. We got a great rate on a king suite - a king bed in its own bedroom and a pull out queen in the sitting room. It was great to have the kids in one room and us in the other. The hotel was situated right in the middle of everything we wanted to do - not extremely close to anything, but then nothing was extremely far away either. The area is safe, clean, and has tons of nice restaurant choices. The hotel was clean, nice, and the staff was friendly!

“Came here so the kids could go swimming”

The only reason we came to this hotel was so that the kids could spend some time swimming befor an event the next day at the arboretum. The air in the pool area was too cold and the pool was freezing. (Literally, ice wouldn't melt in there) I understand that the indoor pool is linked to the outdoor pool, but they have pool heaters for that. I went in for maybe 10 seconds before I got out. I made the best of it and hung out in the hot tub, but the kids were really disappointed. Everything else was nice, but crushing the dreams of children, not nice.

“Where's the breakfast!!!”

Nice hotel but the continental breakfast was not included with the hotel stay like every other hotel! The breakfast was available for an extra price.

“extremely please.”

I was very satisfied with the hotel and the staff. I needed a few things, there brought it to me in no time at all. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago. I wish that i had more time to spend in my room.

“downers Grove, IL”

Very nice hotel, extremely clean, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Parking was close and staff was friendly. This hotel sits in a perfect location close to main roads and freeways for easy access. There were lots of restrauntants and shopping close by. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a breakfast as part of the package. They're pricing on there current food offerings was way over priced.

Enjoyed the downtown areas of Downers Grove and Glen Ellyn communities.
