Pros: Location, location, location!
Location: Only a few steps to Michigan Avenue and Water Tower Place. Very centrally located!
Definitely enjoyed our stay. This hotel is perfectly located for morning runs along the lake as well as shopping on Michigan Avenue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean. We had a great visit in Chicago!!

Great location and hotel service.

Cons: $58. per night for parking was a little shocking, but overall hotel/rooms were of good value.
Hotel is conveniently located to shops, Navy pier, restaurants and public transportation. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great hotel and close to everything.

Pros: The lobby and bar were very nice, the room was clean and the staff was very attentive.
Location: Close to all the sights Chicago has to offer. Very easy to get too and from.
We had a great time at the hotel. We were at the hotel for only one night but wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location near the magnificent mile

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: The location, roof top bar, staff, spacious and clean rooms.
Cons: Bathroom lighting.
Location: Close to the Chicago red line subway station, Walgreens just around the corner for your grocery needs and meals at Elephant and Castle Bar.
Great hotel in a trendy area of Chicago near to shops, places to eat and the subway. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The hotel lobby has a coffee shop with computers and a printer. The roof top bar is a great place to unwind at the end of the day while enjoying a drink and views of the city. The only negative was the bathroom lighting which coupled with the copper wall paper gave off a very strange light.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location

Posted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: Location Facilities Size of room
Location: Shops Restaurants Sightseeing
This was our first trip to Chicago so did not really know what to expect The hotel was lovely and we had a good sized room on the 25th floor. The whole experience was very enjoyable and it was ideally located for what we wanted to see and particularly for shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great Boutique hotel near Michigan Avenue

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Room was very nice, staff friendly, valet parking worked great. Walking distance to everything we wanted.
Location: Near enough to walk to John Hancock area, Water Tower.
Weekend getaway with my son. Wanted to stay in "cool" hotel without paying crazy Chicago downtown rate. This one fit bill.

Bad condition and bad service

Posted Sep 1, 2014
The front desk has bad attitude. The hotel is old and sink is clogged. Sound proof is bad. There is hidden fee when you check out.
