“Chicago's Best Hotel”

Highly recomended!

“Large, nice, rooms in a great location”

We stayed here for a long weekend trip and were extremely impressed with this hotel. Our suite had an office area, a living room and a bedroom area (not a separate closed off room, but a different area). It was HUGE compared to most hotels. The bathroom was also very nice. The rooms all have a wall of windows (with great blackout screens), so the views are so cool. The best part is that Gino's is right next door! We loved this place and would definitely stay there again!

The only complaint I have is the charge for parking($44/day). I guess because the hotel is located downtown, parking costs. Other than that, our stay was great! The conceirge was very helpful and the staff was very pleasant.

After much research we choose the Affinia Hotel as it had an amazing price and it was also dogs allowed (we travelled with our dog - Lab). I have to say that the service was amazing. They were expecting us and the dog. After one hour of being in the hotel, everybody knew the name of the dog and pet him all the time. The suite was extremely spacious for an hotel in a big city. The location cannot be more convenient as it is 30 seconds from the Michigan Avenue and all the shopping and 1 minute from the Corner Cafe for breakfast. The bed was very confortable and the room was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel. When I go back to Chicago, I will not think twice in staying there.

“Just one complaint.”

The hotel was wonderful, clean, quiet and a great location. My only complaint is that I called housekeeping and asked for a sewing kit and a change of pillows (they pride themselves on giving you a choice of different pillow styles). I never received the sewing kit or different pillows and I did not have time to follow up. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would go back.

“Superb Hotel”

The Affinia is an excellent hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Room was really comfortable, and provided everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully too and had a fantastic location just off the Magnificent Mile. It made our stay very enjoyable. The only criticism's I had were that it didn't have double glazing, and being next to a hospital there was some noise. We were also charged for minibar food which we didn't take (wouldn't have, it was to much!), but they believed us and took it off. Overall it was superb and I will definately stay there again if/when I go back to Chicago.
