Book a room with a microwave and refrigerator. On the day of check-in, when I went to my room, it didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. I find myself in a small room, without even a smoke or carbon dioxide detector. Smell of urine and dog poop everywhere. I go to complain at the office and the employee tells me that they don't have any other rooms available. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me that the room I had booked had a water leak, and that I should stay in that room that was going to be cheaper. Trusting what she promised, I agreed to stay. The next day, when I checked out, I asked to the same manager how much I was finally going to pay for the room, and to my surprise, the manager denied that she had talked to me and that she had offered me the discount. I complained to her, but she chose to kick me out of the motel. An unpleasant experience. I learned a lesson in this, not to use any app to order food, or book tickets, or hotels or car, since she told me on the day of check out that she couldn't do anything for the price of the room because I had booked it through Expedia. She knew all along that she couldn't do anything I had paid for, and yet she lied to me. No more apps. From now on, I will make reservations directly with the company.
