My room had stains all over the walls, the blankets had cigarette burns and stains on them. Check out was questionable. I went to the lobby and didn't no see a single person. After standing at the desk for a few seconds I hear a hello. I said I need to check out and was asked my room number and they said ok.

The breakfast was only a box of cereal and a gallon of milk for every person to share. It was like a prison set up. The people who were there was very nonchalant about what they had to eat for the guests

My go to O'Hare overnight Lodging
Stayed here a number of times. Perfect for O'Hare overnight if you're not too picky. Free parking, mini fridge and microwave, clean, comfortable, BP next door for beverages and snacks and it's about half the price of anything else at O'Hare. If you want luxury, stay somewhere else. This is a serviceable older motel. No shuttle either. So you need a car or Uber.

The room 126 very bad i’m Very disappointing. the water in the bathroom licking. the faucet not work no hot water. The toilet bowl no flushing no water in the tank is broke.The heater not work very cold. Microwave too rusty and dirty. I’m not happy to stay this place.

This is the worst stay I had in my life . I am business man I used to travel allot ,I had exhibition event in Chicago and I chose this hotel since I made my reservation late . Very old , furniture is soooo bad , bath room is miserable! I stay rooms located lick basement …. The most worsts thing , the brake fast is cornflakes and coffe only . today when I am trying to have breakfast, there is nothing only milk and no hot water . I asked the lady at the receptionist and she answer in very rude way and there is another guy also talk to me in bad way , I was so surprised really . I didn’t took my breakfast and I check out and I change the hotel to Quality INN hotel and it’s way nicer clean looks modern nice room … This lady also was wearing pejama !!!! The management of this hotel must take action with her she is not the right person who must sit in front disk . When I check in was there nice lady and she deal with me in nice way . I don’t recommend any one to go there! Even is the Price 10$ per night .

This was far and away the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Both Trip Advisor and Expedia listed that they had an airport shuttle, which they did not have.

I was trying to think of what was good about this place but it's really difficult. Let me say this: I will not recommend this place nor will I be staying here again. It's horrible! Travelocity needs to inform people that there is no elevator and that you will need to use stairs regardless of what floor your room is on 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The only difference is if you're on the 3rd floor, you've got four flights of stairs to climb with your luggage. The other thing is this place needs to Febreeze the entire place because it wreaks of cigarette smoke and smells like an ashtray. There was nothing good about this place at all!
