“Good Location; Nice Hotel”

This is not a hotel with expansive and grand lobbies and public spaces. But my room was large and comfortable. WiFi was free when you join the Klimpton frequent stay program. Everything I need in a hotel was available. The location is very good.

“Pleasant stay”

It was a quick overnight at this hotel but it was pleasant and a nice stay! While the noisy busy street below could be heard during the night the room was clean, neat and well appointed! Seriously thinking of returning next year with the family....

“Concierge was Amazing!”

Hip, but friendly. The consierge were incredibly helpful and got us tickets and info that made our Chicago stay the best it could be.

“Great hotel and family friendly”

The Palomar was really great. My husband and I brought our two kids, who are 7 and 5 years old. The staff was so amazing with the kids. They brought up 2 goldfish to the room for the kids and gave them a bag of goodies. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay at the Palomar again.

“A Spontaneous Trip in April”

Rooms are nicely designed. Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. There were also so many little things all over this hotel that indicate someone really cares about customer experience there. The staff in every single area were excellent, charming, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The hotel restaurant has some amazing vegetarian dishes (a rarity) and some pretty creative drinks as well. Will definitely stay here again.

“"Downtown Chicago Gem"”

I've stayed at the Palomar eitght days in 2010. It's modern, clean and has a fantastic location. It's close to shopping, resaturants and downtown Chicago nightlife. I've also stayed at the Trump Hotel, which is very close to the Palomar, six days this year. The Trump is a very nice hotel but significantly more expensive. Service at the Palomar is very good. I checked out of the Palomar on one stay leaving my ipod in the docking station. I called the hotel when I got home and they shipped it back to me the next day. When i hear of someone travelng to Chicago I recommend the Palomar.

“Awesome place to stay in Chicago”

We truly enjoyed our three nights at the Palomar. We felt very it was a very special place. From the warm lights as we entered the building to the wine tasting our first evening and the robes hanging in our closet we felt very welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. Concierge and desk staff were very helpful. We did think parking was a bit pricey, but I guess we aren't used to inner city parking rates. The valet were quick and respectful. Car was warm and waiting whenever we called. Didn't get to use the pool, but the facility was very cool on the 17th floor. Location was conveninent to tons of food, drink and nightlife. Would definately go back!
