Outdated room smelled of mold & mildew, carpet felt damp, tub drain was clogged, air conditioner ran constantly but never completely cooled the room, hallway was loud and all the doors slammed closed. When we complained at the front desk, all the clerk said was, "Sorry" A Once proud, destination resort now just an outdated, rundown hotel with good mattresses.

Great holtel

Pros: The pools
Cons: Was there last year the room was great! This year the carpet in the room smelled a little moldy, acceptable though.
Location: under the top hat... Go carts, Lazer quest, ball room and games
Wonderful experience. Pools are great water is fabulous

Pros: Location
Cons: There was no dark curtain to darken the room for the night! Sound insulation could be better all around, from hallway to neighboring rooms.
Stayed one night, comfort was good, nothing special.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. Easy check in and check out.
Cons: Do something about the water smell. Must be running well water? Make sure the room is dusted.
Location: Good location. Lots to do in Saint Charles!
The room looked as if it hadn't been dusted in a while. The water smells like rotten eggs. The grounds were beautiful! They have a great fire pit in the court yard over looking the golf course. We only stayed one night. Not sure I would stay there again. Too many kids overtook the pool so this would be a great option for those with kids.

staff was very attentive to my needs as soon as i walked in the room they gave me was old in needed a remodel real bad fan was old i called the front desk they had some body fix it the best they could it just needs some updating

As soon as you walk in it seems nice a sort of classy with a lounge and a piano. Our room on the other hand seemed sketchy. All the fixtures were rusty and looked dirty. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned and there was still coffee in the coffee maker from the previous guest. The linens were fresh though and the front desk ladies were super nice and friendly! I chose this because it was cheap and just outside of Chicago but I don't think I'll be returning. They also hold an extra $75 on your card in case you use room service.

this place smells old the carpet needs replaced the bathtub has been touched up so many times that it peeling again the fan in the bathroom needs replaced i callled to have then fix it and they did but its so old it rattle some more just really old needs some tender loving care feel sorry for staff they know they have problems but ownership not helping with up dating property
