Although the Expedia shuttle notes state that it is available on demand, the hotel informed me that the shuttle is only available from 7am to 11pm. Since I had a 7am flight, the shuttle was not available and it would cost an additional $50 for a ride service. Very disappointed in the misleading information.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean with a refrigerator but no microwave.
Breakfast included scrambled eggs meat and potatoes along with waffles and the usual items that comprise a continental breakfast.

We choose Best Western for dependable consistency and value for money. This hotel fulfilled our needs in addition to being close to O'Hare.
