Pleasant, helpful front office staff

Pros: Cost
Cons: Internal and external appearance, general maintenance. Get rid of musty unpleasant smell in room and hotel.
Location: Good Asian buffet across the road
Room was clean but smelt musty and unpleasant, needed a touch up and repairs to peeling wall paper in room and bathroom. The hotel passageways were tatty and in dire need of maintenance and refurb

Airport Hotel

Cons: Everything
Location: Chinese Buffett across the street very bad
The bed was very hard, the room AC didn't work right, very outdated room in need of major renovations. For an 80.00 per night room was very disappointing probably the worst Quality Inn stayed at. Only good thing there was the breakfast.

I came to get away from home for 2 days... Great 2 days! I had a corner room, so I really didn't hear much going on in the hallways. The only con I had was no VH1 channel and I needed up missing my show! Buffet and DD across the street was a plus! Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed for a night during a long drive

Pros: Spacious room, clean bath room, helpful staff
Cons: none
Location: Its chicago there are infinite things to do around
Its value for money and staff was helpful. they have computers to take any printouts, they provide personal care supplies if needed. Room and bathroom was clean spacious. Overall good for anyone who is not looking luxury stuff, but a nice and clean place to stay during their vacation.

Clean but So So

Pros: The staff was professional.
Cons: The shuttle was not timely.
Location: Nothing is near by. There is nothing to do.
Hotel was clean but outdated. The exercise room could use a makeover. Hotel is not in walking distance so you need a car. The rooms can be updated.

Great place to stay if you need someone where to sleep and shower for a few days. Extremely comfy, and clean this place worked out great for our weekend stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and the 24 hour shuttle was very helpful. For the cheap price, this hotel was a great value

Great for overnight layovers

I was stuck at OHare for the night, booked this hotel online, the shuttle came and got me in around 15 minutes, the staff was very friendly, room was clean and new, price is great, breakfast was even pretty good. I have absolutely no complaints. Ignore the crazy bad reviews (every hotel has them) this place is great.
