空港が近く、食事に困らない

Pros: 冷蔵庫、電子レンジが付いていたのが、助かりました。
Cons: 空港⇔ホテル間のバス発着時刻表が分ると助かります。
Location: となりのロングホーンステーキ店
当初は、タオル無、ハスキーピング無、バスアメニティ無と記載あったが、 無かったのは、歯ブラシくらいで、不自由ありませんでした。 4泊しましたが、隣接しているモールが近いため食事場所には困りませんでした。

Cons: 英語が苦手な方にも、ゆっくり喋って欲しい。
旅慣れた方が利用するには便利なホテル。早朝チェックアウトし、シャトルバスが使えるのは良い。隣接するレストランが使える上、数分以内にモールがあるので、良いと思う。

One night in O'Hare area.

Pros: Quite, polite staff, clean rooms
Cons: Very small bathrooms, no gratis coffee available 24/7 (Machine that dispenses Starbucks for $1.50 per cup only option), a bottle of beer is $6.00.
Location: O'Hare a short shuttle ride away.
Very nice, but bathrooms are tiny, cocktails and breakfast are expensive. Long Horn restaurant adjacent has good food, but weekend waits can be 90 minutes. No other 1st class restaurants within walking distance.

Sham reservations

I called ahead to tell motel staff that I would be arriving late. Like had reserved a room with two double beds. Upon arrival, I was told the doubles were sold out and they could provide a king with a couch. Pretty tough for a family to deal with. What the heck is going on??? I reserve s double room and expect one!!
