Easy check in, room was clean and pleasant, places to dine nearby. Some difficulty with access due to road construction in the area.

Very Average Inn

Posted Aug 26, 2014
The room was average, nothing special. Room was uncomfortable because it had no microwave, no iron, no fridge, no hair dryer. Ice machine is only located on one end of the building towards the office. The elevator amusingly says "7th floor" when you get to the 2nd floor. Friendly staff and plenty of parking space.

Location: On corner of main road..lots of fast food near by
Only pain was the road construction...no fault of the hotel.

The Red Roof Inn in Naperville is clean, comfortable and affordable. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again the next time we visit Chicago.

This is an 'old-school' style hotel but has been nicely remodeled with a modern flare.

Clientele partied outside rooms until 3:30 a.m.

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Good location - near I-88 and near a couple of nice restaurants. Clean, nice room.
Cons: Charge a little more per room and you will get a better clientele. Staff the front desk with competent caring people.
Location: Next time I'll try Hotel Arista - couple of restaurants in the complex. Had good dinner at Sugar Toad. Heard conflicting reports - burger/soup good
This was a Saturday night stay - so I can understand a little partying. I had to get up the next a.m. to go to work and it didn't quiet down until after 3:30 a.m. I even called down to the lobby about the noise around 2 and little to nothing was done about it. There were loud, obnoxious, drunks hanging on the balcony and more of them hanging outside the next a.m. Someone had been sick outside of their room that I had to walk past - really disgusting experience. I asked for help with my bag the next a.m. because I'm not allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs. No one came up even after calling twice. I know that this isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel - but I was assured when checking in that someone could carry my small bag down for me. I will never stay at another Red Roof - I would have paid twice the cost of the room for a decent night's sleep.

Someone tried entering my room at 2am, apparently the hotel staff gave my room away to someone else even though I had reservations for all week.

Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Put tissues in the rooms. Always like to have a refrigerator.
Location: A Starbuck in walking distance.
Was OK close to where I needed to be. All of the road construction was annoying though.
