Clientele partied outside rooms until 3:30 a.m.

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Good location - near I-88 and near a couple of nice restaurants. Clean, nice room.
Cons: Charge a little more per room and you will get a better clientele. Staff the front desk with competent caring people.
Location: Next time I'll try Hotel Arista - couple of restaurants in the complex. Had good dinner at Sugar Toad. Heard conflicting reports - burger/soup good
This was a Saturday night stay - so I can understand a little partying. I had to get up the next a.m. to go to work and it didn't quiet down until after 3:30 a.m. I even called down to the lobby about the noise around 2 and little to nothing was done about it. There were loud, obnoxious, drunks hanging on the balcony and more of them hanging outside the next a.m. Someone had been sick outside of their room that I had to walk past - really disgusting experience. I asked for help with my bag the next a.m. because I'm not allowed to lift anything over 5 lbs. No one came up even after calling twice. I know that this isn't a 4 or 5 star hotel - but I was assured when checking in that someone could carry my small bag down for me. I will never stay at another Red Roof - I would have paid twice the cost of the room for a decent night's sleep.

Someone tried entering my room at 2am, apparently the hotel staff gave my room away to someone else even though I had reservations for all week.

Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Put tissues in the rooms. Always like to have a refrigerator.
Location: A Starbuck in walking distance.
Was OK close to where I needed to be. All of the road construction was annoying though.

Great experience.

Clean, affordable, no frills place to rest your head. We avoided staying with the in laws on air mattresses without popping the bank. Easiest hotel check in and out ever.

Extraordinary ordinary

Pros: It was extremely clean and that to me is of utmost importance.
Cons: The magnetic room access cards too often fail and that can be a real inconvenience.
Location: Excellent location close to the turnpike and actually close to everywhere you may wish to visit.
I normally stay at the extravagant hotels but this time I chose to be more economical. Indeed this was a no frills hotel but I respect them for accomodating pets. The location could not be more convenient. I'm compelled to emphasize that my room was cleaner than any 4 or 5 star hotel I've ever stayed at and that is of most importance. So many times, even at fancy hotels, I have found the shower head to be very poor (you know, just dribbling water with little pressure so you can hardly get wet) but not here. The water pressure was great and the shower head provided thorough coverage which made it very functional and pleasant. Oh and by the way, I didn't have my dog with me but I met some beauties that helped me feel like home. If you are simply looking for an overnight stop and not looking to be entertained, you will be very comfortable here.

Nice hotel in Naperville, close to highway

Stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. Lots of restaurants and close to the wedding place. Nothing special about the hotel. Took the room via Expedia; so it came without the coffee machine etc. SHould have taken the upgrade.
